heyy..i was wondering whats a good way to loose weight? like 10-15 pounds maybe? HELLP.

like i told the other person...
just dont drink soda a lot, and if ur GOING to drink soda limit urself to 1 a day at the MOST 2 but try not to drink too many. and make sure u eat breakfast (its the most important meal of the day) just have some fruit or something and a glass of orange juice, and for lunch eat something healthy... not a bunch of fatty foods, and then for dinner eat a healthy, well balanced meal (meat & vegetables at least), alyways try to have at least one vegetable with ur dinner! and if ur gonna snack during the day eat like rice cakes or something and lay off of the chips and cookies, etc.

and the best thing i can tell u is RUN!! running is so good for you and helps u stay in great shape! :)



and if anything.. if you dont feel like going and actually EXCERSIZING like technically.. get up and dance or run around or ride bikes with ur friends, or even jump on the trampoline... just run around and stay active and do stuff and try not to sit in front of the tv or computer all day, it really helps!! plus when u do that u sweat.. and that helps u lose weight too. i know its gross but sweating is good for you!!
