Hey!! Oh my FIRST question! *Jumps up and down* Actually I wish I could...but right now I'm injured. Haha. Anyways! What I do is work out- EVERYDAY! Not only does this help give you happiness and it will reduce all of that stress and give you endorphins! What I do is run for 30 minutes, swim for whenever ( I do laps), sit ups, crunches, and my favorite...dancing! I love dancing! But everyones different. Now if your goal is to just stay toned then doing this will help, just keep exercising and healthy. If your goal is major weight loss well then here are some important facts to remember: Do not go anorexic. - Never try it, this will cause you to loss energy, instead of getting the energy you need, you will be come tired and also emotions may change. Do not try a diet that puts you at risk that are highly effective. Do not over- exercise. Back to staying in shape: yep, I love exercising, it makes me happy! And being happy is fun! Haha.
