Level 2 Moderater

I am a level 1 moderater and also one of the highest rated advicenators.I was just wondering how you would become a Level 2 moderater? I think I know but I'm not positive so I'd appreciate it if you could tell me!

I have to make you one. We don't really need any right now, but if we did I'd review the top level 1 mods and see who I liked the best and promote them. I don't plan on promoting anyone any time soon, since I like to keep the numbers down as much as possible.
