I would first like to tell you that I am not a Dr., but because I do have a teengae son myself, I can relate to your concerns. At your age you still have some growing to do and your penis size may increase in size, but if it does not grow as long as you would like, don't panic because it is not the end of the world. Hopefully, you have decided to obstain from sex before you are responsible enough handle the emotions that go along with premarital sex, but If you are sexually active, find a female that is willing to help you work with what you have. Masturbating is ok and if I were you I would not set a time limit on how fast you should get hard. If this is bothering you to the extreme try visualizing someone that turns you on.
