Exercise releases endorphins that improve your spirits. I know a lot of doctors, and the majority of them have found a way to include exercise and recreation in their lives, because it is essential. Being a doctor is a high stress job. To be able to give good care, you need to take care of yourself.

I don't know exactly how, but you must work out a time schedule that includes exercise and recreation as a priority. If you don't, other parts of your life will suffer for it.

Ok ok, take a deep breath. Good to start just take it slow right now step by step. Right now im getting ready to start finals and I need to remind myself to balance my time and to take baby steps. Now make a plan for studying how much time you can afford to study for whatever you need, say 1 1/2- 2 hours a night for your major subjects and 1 hr for less. Just learn to manage your time and study you will do fine trust me.
