i can't figure out why i can only think of him and only him and why it is he calls me when ever i am about to do somethign i might regret later does that mean he can feel the love or he's feeling his own love shining through

Well, to me it sounds like this boy cares enough about you to stop you from trying to do something you might regret. That's good.
