i wanna lose

I wanna lose 25 poinds by draake relays. anyway i could do that?

Go slow at first...like 5-15 minutes a day. Cut down on fatty food and after a week or so challenge yourself but extending the amount of minutes.

Swim, and do a lot of cardio exercises. Rollerblade if you know how to do that because after you stop skating your continue to lose weight 25 minutes after your finished.

Don't eat any fattening foods, but eat lots of white meat. Do as many crunches you can every other day, not every day because then it will not build stomach muscles. Gradually start running giving yourself goals (one mile first day, two miles three days later) Hope you get into the shape you want to,
