lost in love...

I am completely head over heals for this guy that I am going out with. I love him with all of my heart and all of my soul. He feels the same way towards me. I was just wondering, we have been going out for 4 months now, we keep getting close to having sex, but I always say that i'm not ready. He listens to me, and he doesn't mind waiting. The problem is, I don't know how to tell if i'm ready or not. How can I tell? Oh and by the way, I am a 14 year old female.
