I am 13 and my penis is only 2.5 to 3 inches long
and im a bit worried that theres something wrong
with me.

Everyone matures at different rates so don't worry, it will gradually get bigger. But then again it might not. Those 2.5 to 3 inches might be it. I'm sorry if you don't like what I have to say but my job is not to make you feel better, it’s to tell you the truth and how to deal with it. And that exactly is me advice: to deal with it.
