What if people send you rude comments?
If people send you rude comments in your feedback, what do you do? This hasn't happened, I was just wondering.

Hopefully if you give good advice, you won't get many rude comments. But if you feel like someone is out to get you and is leaving really rude things, you can let us know. Only registered users can leave feedback and you'd have to answer their questions to give them the right to leave it. Also, even though all feedback and questions are anonymous, we store user numbers and can trace back who said what if something is really bad. We'll see how well that works for a while.
