i have a court appointment to declare not guilty to a traffic vioolation. how should i speak to the judge in order to have no fine? I continued on a street with a solid white line where i had to continue to turn right. That day we had a heavy snow fall.

First off look over the ticket make sure he spelled ur name right, put the proper time, put the right make and modle of you car, and the right plate number. If the cop that pulled you over made any mistakes on the ticket then it is a void ticket.

Ok. The key is SNOW. Thats it. You actually didnt see the white line because there was SNOW!!! The visibility was blinding...thats what you should tell the judge.
