Well you have to show people that you really are a great columnist. If you are new here that is resonable because mostley people will not know who you are. Just maintain a good reputation by updating frequentley and giving good answers.
I got the girl on my page by some webpage cartoon doll maker. I though she was just the cutest thing so I had to put her there!
