Somehow that isn't very appealing.
And I didn't take anything seriously. After rereading that question it's clear I was a little wired or should have been sleeping instead of typing.

Oh, if this doesn't qualify as a question there's no need to answer it. And if it does qualiffy as a question I see no point in answering in that case either. Also, quick mathematic calculation suggests probability that burning candle at both ends causes it to be exhausted of its capabilitys approximately twice as fast as when burned normally. And it also makes a mess on the floor because candle holders are generally not available for such usage.
