Shaving my legs

I am 13, and all my friends shave their legs except me and one other peron. I always tell my mom to wash my sweat pants. She is like "If your wearing thooses just because you don't shave your legs than well go to the store and get you a razor!" And of course I say "What, No Mom!" because I don't like talking to her about that kind of stuff.(shaving, periods, dating, boys, whatever)
I want to shave because every one always looks at me wierd when they can see my legs and I have never worn a skirt shorter that my ankles since I was a little kid. I REALLY want to shave my legs, but I just don't how to tell my mom or what to say to her. What should I do?

Sorry this is long but I WILL RATE!
Ok so my friend we'll call her Kim liked this guy well call him Bob. Well Kim was kinda scared to talk to him and see if Bob liked her so I did. He wouldn't tell me if he liked her or not and that not a hard question so for the next few days my school had some field trips and he was on my buss and the buss ride i kept asking who he liked if he liked her or not, still he wouldn't tell. So then i told him i'd annoy him till he told me, and he was like what ever. So then for them on for like a week i'd see him in the hall and for about 2-3 minutes for the next week i'd annoy him. I could see he was getting annoy so i kinda stopped a little. And since then i stopped and recently he said told me...

telephone games

I rate and leave comments.
Often when I'm on the phone with my friends the conversation gets boring. So I thought that telephone games may be what I need to spice the conversation up a bit. We already play this game called scenarios; where you give each person a scenario and they have to say what they would do. Any other fun telephone games (that AREN'T TO EDUCATIONAL) would be really helpful.

Acquiring License.

Hi, everytime I open Windows Media and try to play one of my songs, it says a license is acquired. What does this mean/how can I fix it? Becuase I used to be able to play any song, now it gives me this message. Thanks. :]

omg okay so i was on buddypic.com and i clicked on a site thinking it was a picture but it went to my myspace and said that a cancellation was going to be sent to my email.. meaning that i said i was going to cancel it but i didnt mean to do that! so is my myspace going to be dleted?!!? because it said that i had to follow the instructions in order to delete it so do you think it will be dleted?!

Dark Circles!

I have dark circles under my eyes and I was wondering if there was any way to get rid of them. I know how to cover them up with makeup, but I'm sick of looking at them in the morning!
