I just got Photoshop 8.0 & I had it before so I know how to use it. My question is how can I make my pictures clear?

I used to have Paintshop Pro X and to make pictures clear, I just had to click on add/remove noise. How do I make my pictures more clear on Photoshop 8.0? Thank you.

moisturizer

I have combination skin.
I wash my face twice a day w/ Tea Tree Oil fr/ the Body Shop.
I am dry after I wash, greasy after I apply moisturizer.
I cant find a moizturizer strong enough to hydrate my skin w/out making it oily!
Price isnt really a problem.
Im willing to splurge for the better products.
Please help.

i'm underconfident. its kinda weird coz ive just started going out with this guy who has a ton of confidence...he doesnt care what anyone thinks. i feel a bit shy or intimidated around him sometimes. when im around my friends and stuff im confident but i really really need help in becoming more confident, coz i dont wanna seem like a total innocent loser. :S

to appeal to a small child. like "snazzy" or something
interesting. i have to make an easy - to - make snack

okay well you knwo hwo abercrombie's butt design is two sideways parenthesis overlapping? and holilster is like, sound waves on each side of the pocket (ha). well i saw this girl and she has relaly good taste in clothes. so the butt design was like, a straight line and a curved line overlapping. can someone please like tell me all the brands with that butt design? it was a plain, denim white mini skirt.

hello-
I'm 15/f and this is kinda a weird question.
but most people i know are baiscally a "type" like more prep, emo, athletic, gurliy..ya know? and well i'm everything i listen to emo/rock/rap/alternative. i'm most def. not a girly girl but some days i'm a total girly girl. it just depends on my mood that day. and i'm just everything and sometimes i worry people think i'm a poser or something cause i'm just so unique. i mean i'm friends with total preps, emo's, jocks and etc. but i'm starting to think that maybe being so diverse is a bad thing. cause sometimes i have my emo days and others my jock and prep. and i'm starting to think being so many differnent things is making people think i wanna be something i'm not...

Mystic Tan Problem

I got a Mystic Tan yesterday for my prom. My hands are a little screwed up today because of how difficult it is to evenly apply any spray/fake tan to hands...but that should be gone by tomorrow and even if it isn't, it's not embarrassing.
My skin gets dry this time of year and moisturizing is sometimes an inconvenience so I forget to once and a while. There were these two spots on my knees in the same spot where the bronzer collected and it looks like I have bruised or dirty knees.
Well, my dress for prom goes to the floor, but the after the prom party I'll be wearing a skirt. I'm trying to moisturize those spots now to smoooth it out, but how can I get rid of those by tomorrow night?

omg help i just got back from the eye doctor & they did
a buncha tests on me & they put these drops in my eye
to dilate my pupil and now i can't see it! like everything
is blurry & i am using my memory to type this... haha!
