Tragus vs. Diath

I have a Diath ear peircings but I'm planning on getting a Tragus some time this month. I'm really good with pain but I was wondering which you would consider more painful, the Tragus or the Diath. Please only respond if you have BOTH or if you have a Tragus and Rook, Tragus and Ear Lobe, Tragus and Cartilage, or Tragus and Bellybutton with the comparison on those if you don't have a Diath.

Drawing anime

I'd like to learn how to become a better artist. My problems are shading, and making things look realistic. Also, I need help with clothes, hair, and anatomy. Does anyone have tips or pictures they could give me about the things I've named? Websites are fine, it would be great if they had all sorts stuff like drawings and tips on them! :]
Clothes - I'm not that creative :[ I'm not sure how to draw wrinkles, etc.
Hair - I'm not so creative on this area either + I'm not sure how to shade the hair, etc.
Anatomy - I can't really draw hands, the body, and legs etc. Sorry I tried my best to explain! If anyone give me tips from their own experience that would be great! Thanks!

Ok I usually tweeze my eyebrows and at one time I was waxing them every 2 weeks and it seemed like the hair didnt grow as fast, but I hate having to pay 5 dollars to get it done each time. I have my own waxing kit but doesnt work as good. I have also heard about threading, what is that? And what is the best thing to do?

Okay, so I've been watching my friend, Gretchen, draw amazing Japanese cartoons. She is so good at it! I've been trying to draw like her, but I keep messing up! I want to draw like she does. Like the Japanese cartoons. I'm not good at that stuff, but I want to draw like it! You might see some of her pictures on myspace. she's a Kakashi fan, anyway, could somebody show me a site where I can learn how to draw Japanese cartoons? I can't ask my friend, she might think I'm copying her. Could someobdy help me?!?!?!?!
