What is the best time to ask a question?

Whenever we need advice fast, we go here right? Well, it sometimes takes a while to process though Advicenators with all the moderators off and out and about, forgetting about all of the poor people who need quick advice! Well, I'm wondering, what is the best time to ask a question? Weather its 1 in the morning, at 8 at night, What is the best time?

Advicenators Problem

According to my Feedback, next to Count Towards Rating says No (Too Old). When I clicked Get More Stuff, it says I'm a Female, 24 years old. However, I'm only 14. Is there a way to contact Advicenators about this problem? I've answered about 40 questions and they all say No (Too Old). This is very unfair and I've checked my Profile Setting and I typed in 14.
Can I do ANYTHING?

rolling up your skirt

ok well I'm about to move in a school with a uniform and this girl told me to roll up my skirt or else..yeah.
I don't want to look slutty or anything but you know, there's always a good way of dresing, and then there's a BETTER way of dressing. I just want to fit in a little with the girls and not be so..nooby with the clothing thing.
How high is the skirt supposed to reach to? and when you roll it, do you roll it outwards or inwards?
If you don't understand what I'm going through, think of it as the girl in the Grudge 2, only if i remember how she did it I wouldn't be asking this question.

Okay so this isn't really a serious question it's just something that's been bugging me so bad. So, I know a lot of people that were losers in middle school and in their early years at high school. I'm just wondering how they got so cool? Because they were losers like 2 years ago. I wanted to know if this will happen to me because people really don't like me in school. I have like no good friends. Then I have people that I talk to but that's just because I know them from somewhere and that's why. Other than that I have no friends and people really don't like me. My story is the same of a lot of high schoolers that were once hated by almost everyone.

okayyy...for some reason when i was reading stephenie meyer's "eclipse" i got SO confused!!! i'm confused on what exactly jaspers story was and the whole thing about him fighting...??and i'm confused about almost the entire middle of the book, like when they're going to go out and find whoever snuck into bella's room or something. and i don't get why the volturi are involved and why theres so much talk about them...i'm just SOOO confused!!! i need like a who summary of the middle of the book or somethinggg...

Hey. I like to use PSP7 to cut out the background of pictures, so its only a person then use a pretty cute image and use that to go behind the person. I usually use stars, polka dots, hearts, & stripes.

Well her birthday was last week. One of my friends asked "are you invited to hailey's party?"
i told her that i wasnt.
well it turns out that her party was 3 days ago and she didnt invite me.
I am sooo mad at her because i invited her to mine and everything.
