Where to meet new guys

Okay i'm a 17 year old girl and i have alot of friends...half of my friends are guys, but they only see me as the "friend" and not as girlfriends type material. Now I want to meet new guys but i wouldn't know where to meet them. I mean i work and all but the guys who come into my work are too old. Another problem is, is that i'm really shy and i don't know how to talk to people very well. I can't talk to people that well if i don't know them but i can't get to know them until i talk to them. Wut do i do?

I'm in love with my best guy friend at school. I think he likes me cuz we talk a lot on aim. And the guy who sits next to him in math (thats our only period together) said out loud, "you like her, you know you do." We caught eyes and he looked away. I hope he was talking about me. One of my friends was bugging us two that we liked each other and fight like an old married couple. Is this fate, or just a crush? I'll rate high for good answers.

Okay well I have liked this kid whose 1 year younger then me for a while now. He has two other twins so let's just he's a part of triplets. My best friend Allie well kinda my best friend likes his brother, and I kinda like him too. Well she likes the kid I like a bit and I like the kid she likes a bit yet I really like Alex, and she really likes Sam. Besides that. Alex is taken and it really makes me sad, yet Sam isn't. I don't think he likes either of us tho =o/ Yet Alex said if he wasn't taken he'd go out with me .. But besides that also.. I seem to be the only one around me who is either single or just dwelling on the oh so popular topic of love. I know we arent ment to love anyone at this age, but two of my best friends constantly talk about maybe coming close to that feeling. I wish I could feel empathy for them... But truly I cannot. This is because I always get stuck with guys I dont really care about. I try waiting and staying single, so when the right guy comes along I can like him and become close to that guy. But I cannot have patience anymore! Please try and help...

ok me and my friend well we both have boyfriends and we're best friends and are boyfriends are best friends so we always hang out..well just this weekend cause we started going out on Thursday..but ya but i think i like my best friends boyfriend more than i like mine..and like i like my boyfriend and hes sweet and all but like its just weird cause i like him more..idk like to wait till they break up and then break up with my boyfriend and try to go out with him cause me and my friend already talked about that but i didn't tell her i liked him..idk what to do..

Help!! My Twin And I dont know what to get our boyfriends for Valentines day! Valentines is a week away tomorrow and we have no clue what to get them! ok i met this guy on-line from one of my friends last saturday night and we talked and all, and i think i may like him i dk hes 2 years older n he went out with one of my some-what friends, i mean i talk to her but were not like close or anything...they recently just broke up and all....so he said he was single n looking or w/e, we were joking around n crap over cyber stuff on-line then he asked me how far i went with a guy...and im like uhh well im not suppose to date till im 16 so i have to wait and then he said n ur turnin 15 soon arent u and i said yeahh...then he asked me how long would i wait to have sex. or if i would give a bj or a hj...or if i would enter the back door and all...then...

Hey all! Okay, well there is this boy who I work with. I went out with him for a long time..9 months..and then we broke up. I had felt too tied down and he had really been starting to annoy me. Well I was talking to him a few days ago and he wants to get back together. I really don't want to, but when I tried to tell him that, he didn't take no for an answer. He still thinks I wanna go out again regardless of what I say. What should I do??

Ok well i met this guy when i was 13 and know im 15.we met each other at a resort.we talk all the time(internet and phone)the only problem is he lives in Iowa and i live in minnesota. August of 2004 he asked me out. i said yes of course.its really hard though.we live about 7 hours away so its hard for us to see each other, plus we both cant drive yet.I dont know what to do i really like him a lot, so should i stay with him and see what happens or should i dump him and forget all about him??? i'll rate you!thanks for your help.

My boyfriend and I are sorta in a fight right now. It seems like we have kinda been losing interist in one another. I dont want to just give up on our relationship this quick though. How can i convince my mom to let me go over my boyfriends house? Im 14 and hes 16 i guess she somewhat doesnt approve of that. Its imbarresing for him to come here because I live in a small apartment and my mom would have to sit with us omg that would be so bad. I dont kow why but even if he was my age she still wouldnt let me go over a guys house.Does she not trust me?

ok..me and my Bf broke up like 2 months ago. And we still see each other..ALOT!...he's in like 4 of my classes and stuff. we almost always go see a movie at least once a week. And last night i was talking to him on the phone. And he goes.."like every week i tell myself to try not to flirt with you or end up doing something with you during the weekend, But i always end up doing that.. i can't seem to get over you" wat does that mean? i don't really understand...HELP!

i like this guy but hes taken! Hes gone out with his current gf for a year and 1/2. All theyve done is kiss...not even made out! He told me that he wants more physical things in a realationship like possible making out after a year n 1/2 of dating...then he asked me how far i would go with someone i really cared about...as if he was hinting toward something...I told him i'd go far...I don't want to be the cause of a break up of a realationship that has lasted for such a long time....But i think he may like me....what do i do??

I'm 16 and in high school. Me and my ex-boyfriend broke up at the beginning of September. I had broken up with him because I wanted to be with someone else. It didn't work between us and I have been single for quite awhile. I really like this guy that I know, but recently me and my ex have been spending alot of time on the phone. I don't like him as a boyfriend anymore cause I like someone else. My ex flirts with me and calls me all the time. I try not to be mean or anything but I don't like him like that anymore. I have a feeling that he might ask me out again. I don't know how to tell him that I like someone else. What should I do? Please help me.
