threatening of the ex that he would upload nude pics of mine on social medi

My ex has been troubling me....he is threatening me that he would upload my nude pics on social media..I don't know how he got those pics...I'm really scared....can I do anything if he uploads those pics??is it punishable??will he be punished by law??I am from india

Yes, what he's doing is punishable. Go to the police. He is violating your privacy and has nude pics of you that you never even gave him. Now he either stole them, or had them taken without your knowing. Both are illegal. Go to the police and give them his name and address.

Oh my. Let this be a lesson for all the ladies out there. No matter how good you think your relationship is, things can change over time.
If you allow someone to take nude photos of you,
it can come back to haunt you in the future.

Yes, if he posts those nude pics of yours online, he could probably get in trouble. The problem is that it could cost you a lot in legal fees to get him to pay up. I suggest you talk to an attorney & ask how you should handle this. If you cannot afford to do that, you might check with a college where they teach law. Sometimes law students (in connection with the school), can help you for free or at very low cost to help with their education. That is where I would start. Good luck

Turn the tables on him: Every time he threatens you, secretly record it! If there is anything that he wants from you, then you've got him on blackmail.
