I really suggest that you try and get your nutritional needs from whole foods before you get it from supplements. 70 grams of protein from meals in a day is very easy to manage. You should ask your doctor about what nutritional schedule would work best for you but you always want to get as much nutrients from good wholesome foods as you can.
