my legs are muscular, and fattish. how can i make them smaller, or more presentable in a swimsuit? they are big. not fat, but like...ugh this is difficult. when i stand there my butt/thigh part looks like it has little indents around there and i feel like that is fatty stuff. ive been doing leg raises and i feel tahts tightening it up, will that make it look better? how do i get my legs smaller? or more presentable? please help, ill rate!

Yea leg raises will help but you might try running a little more. I know i HATE running just as much as the next non-track-star but this will help and you dont really have to run that far or long just be consistent with your exercises. Oh and lunges will help alot if your doing them right you can feel the burn!! Hope this helps!!!

That squishy stuff is a layer of fat.. but don't worry alot of girls have that. Just keep up the leg exercises maybe increse the intensity of the workout a little and don't give up. GL!

try doing areobics you can do it in your bedroom get a video and you can do aerobics on your legs. Dancing is a good way to help tone your body and legs.

Keep doing those leg exercises. But remember, be pround of what god gave you. You can tone them up so they look better, but notihng more. Good luck!

Well, I think that you should keep doing the leg lifts but do some other exercise like squats, jumping jacks, curls, lunges, running, jogging, walking, hurdles or just jumping, or some other exercises to work with your legs. Check out this website: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
