do you know any good excericies (aerobic or w/e) for thighs? mine are huge and id like a routine to work on.

i would go biking...it works ur leggs well and over the summer my leggs got smaller so i would definatly do that. i would also go running long distance! it also works ur leggs well and u can burn calories while doing it! Kill to bids with one stone!! u should also do some legg lifts every night or so . this should work really well!

well i don't kdo them personally but my best friend does them ALL the time and what she does is stands on her tippy toes with her legs as straight as she can make them and puts her arms in front of her to help her balance what this does is make your inner thighs more muscley and make them seem smaller. It works her legs look much smaller now!
