hey everybody! i was just wondering if anybody knows of any really good workouts or anything that really work your legs.. i really want my calfs to be bigger (muscular) anybody got any really good ideas?! thanks a lot, ill rate high!

Irish dancing is REALLY good but there are all sorts of dancing, Irish,Jazz,pop,rap, other kinds too. they arent that expenside especially irish(about $10) the other dancing is about $30-45. crystal200022us answered Thursday August 19 2004, 6:12 pm: I recommend walking in your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes a day. Also, I do leg lifts. For those, you just lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg. If too easy then definitely do more. I hope this helps!

Mz_Bitch answered Thursday August 19 2004, 6:09 pm: if u like lay on the floor and then bring ur leg up and when u do that make ur knee touch ur head so bring ur 4head up and touch it *kinda like a sit up but one legs upand ur 4head touches ur knee* then u put that leg down and bring ur other leg up and make ur 4head touch that leg..it works for ur tummy and ur thighs and u do it really fast kinda like ur riding a bike on the ground it works trust me i do like 8 and i hurt SOOO bad lol try it! if u dont understand send me a message in my inbox ill explain more
