No. If someone asked that user a question it's not yours and you don't get to answer it.
How can someone ask me a question?
When they visit your advice column they'll see a "Ask ___ A Question" link.
Clicking that brings a user to a special question asking page, where they
can ask a question for you and you alone.
Can I ask myself a question?
Sure! It's how most good advice columnists get started anyway.
Can I steal other people's questions (or answers)?
No. That will get you banned.
Can I edit my answers?
Yes. Click the "Your Answers" page on the left side there and edit away.
Can I delete my answers?
No. You can, however, edit your answers to your heart's content.
Deleting answers was suspended due to users deleting answers in order to artificially boost their ratings.
What is “account whoring,” and why can’t I do it?
Yes, we know. You’re a great Advicenator, possibly the best in the land. And you want everyone to know this by visiting your column. So you decide to ask some people private questions, telling them that their column is nice and asking you to visit theirs. But the next morning you turn on your computer... and you’re banned from the site. Why?
This is “account whoring,” or unwarranted advertisement of your column in inappropriate places. We have thousands of members on this site, and if everyone decided to do this, we’d have nothing but “visit my column” plastered all over the place.

- Feedback to questions you asked

So how can I get people to view my site?
The best thing you can do is just be a good advice giver. It may sound unrealistic, but you’d be surprised – the most viewed columnists we have here were discovered by their excellent advice and devotion to the site. People will notice if you give good advice, really. Important people, like high-level site moderators.
