First off, i appreciate anyone who can answer this. second, this is going to be somewhat long but here goes nothing:
On saturday my mom told me my boyfriend could come over. she wasn't home for 30 minutes and he came over during that time which she said she was fine with as long as we don't go upstairs to my room. But we went up there. while we were up there we had sex for the first time and while we were doing it, she came home. so we raced downstairs and acted like nothing happened. and she didn't suspect one thing at all. then the next day *sunday*, one of my friends called me and asked if i had sex with my boyfreind. i told her yes along with the story. while i was telling the story my mom picked up the other phone line and heard EVERYTHING. she knows now and is calling me a slut, and trash. now she is telling me i am not allowed to see my boyfriend ever again and if he steps foot into this house she will call the police because he's 18 i'm 16 and still a minor. so i guess she could have him arrested for him having sex with a minor.
i still want to continue to see my boyfriend but now we are going to have to sneak around. i know that isn't right but that's the only way we can see each other. any advice on what i can do to get my mom to let me see him without her freaking out and calling me a slut??? (link)

I'm actually in the same position as you are, cept the age differences are even more intolerable.
In most states 16 is the age of consent, try checking that before you talk to your mom.
Sit down and tell her that it was your first time, and if it did tell her that it meant something, and you weren't just putting out.
Of course though, your mom would be pissed. She could have said that out of spite as my dad did to me. Just talk to her, no lies, or anything. Give her the truth, and maybe even her trust will regain.

Okay, so there is a ton of negative input in the media of what Straight Edge really means.
I'm not exact, but I'm sure there is a ton of people on this site who hasn't really fully understood what it really is.

Straight edge is simply a choice. A choice to better yourself. You don't drink, you don't do drugs, or put any poison into your body. The sex part is debated, and I see it as a choice.. if you think it's harmful, then don't do it. If you're playing it safe, wearing condoms.. getting checked. Go ahead, have fun.
Straight edge is a choice, to make the choices that are RIGHT for you.
If you're not edge now, you never were.

A lo-life, 16 year old, pranked me last night. She said for me to stop talking to her boyfriend and she was asking about my friends. Her boyfriend told me they werent going out anyore and they havnt been for a while and i didnt believe him but his friends aslo told me. I talked to him almost everynight and he told me he likes me lot. I never hung out with him becasue i wasnt sure if he was lying about having a girlfriend. I have all his texts saved into my phone for proof and all of his calls. She wont stop calling me and she even left a message on my phone. I want to let her know that she doesnt knwo who shes dealing with and most of my friends dont liekher anyways therefore their could be problems but i dont want to start drama. What should i do? i met this girl on a school trip to another city. well we hung out a bit n danced a little n i think shes cute. well when i got back to my city all i knew about her was her name and that she went to a school near where i went to, cuz i forgot to ask for a number. well i asked a friend that goes to that school about her and turns out she lives down the street from him, so iono should i go visit? would that be stalkin? cuz i didnt mean to find out where she lived, i juss asked about her. would it be weird?

Since you guys "clicked", go hangout with your friend. Walk by, and stop at her house.. tell her that you were just talkin about her to your friend, and your friend had mentioned about you living down the street.
I'm pretty sure she'll think it's cute that you were tellin your buddy about this girl you danced with.

Ok, this may sound wierd but...I don't love my family. Yea...it's true. I find it so hard to realate and connect with them. We rarely communicate outside of yelling and complaining. Someone earlier this week told me how much I'll realize I need my family once I'm older.
My family is a pain in the ass, we get in fights a lot, we argue too much, and complain about everything and nothing.. But there is still a bunch of love in this house.
Once you hit your twenties, you'll probably realize just how much you needed your family, and once all your friends are gone and off to college, all you have left is them.
It's hard to get a long with people that annoy you, or someone that disrespects you. Give them a talk, give them respect, help around the house, don't snap at them.

i have huge love handles and they bug me so bad cause i look bad in everything. :[ does anyone know and exercises to get rid of them. i started runnning and doing sit-ups and cruntches what else should i do? and how long will it take to see results?

Actually, you can go to the gym and ask which machine works. there is one at my school that I use, and it's been helping getting rid of my love handles.

I have had a really bad guilty feeling since 2 weeks ago. I went to a dance(at my school), and me and my boyfriend snuck out of the dance. We went up behind the school, and we...uhh...had sex. I have been with him for 2 years, and i dont regret doing him. But i have had a horrible guilty feeling about it. And i dont know why. Can someone please tell me why i feel guilty, and something that i can do to make the feeling go away. Please and thank you. By the way, I'm a 14/f.

I think it's normal to feel guilty of sex. It's a big step, especially if it was your first time. Hopefully, over time you'll get used to it.. and realize that being aroused at this age is completely normal. if you feel like you're just selling your body, and guilty for it.. Then don't do it again, but that's not up to me. That's up to you.
