hi I have been going to this college pool for like 3 years. I take lessons there and i just go and chill when im bored...
well theres this life guard named Robert..He is near perfect and well he used to teach me how to swim.He is really nice and trys to talk to me but im just to danm shy and quiet when im around him.
I don't have a nice body and i look like a hot mess when in the water...
How can i become friends with him and the other life guards without trying to hard to get their attention..They are all like 19 and i really want to have something with Robert..if not a realationship..i would love a friend ship.
How can i talk to him. How can i invite him to hang out with me outside the pool.
What are some cool lines for me to tell him. So i can like text him.. I dont want anything simple like."hey can i have your number" and please dont say just go for it because..if i could it would already have been done..How can i talk to him

I went to the pool on wensday and he said hi to my sister but i kept walking because he got me nervous... He ended up saying hi to me before we left..but it was just a wave..oh gosh..I LOVE HIM

I'm a very shy person. Usually if I wanted to get someone's attention or if I wanted them to go with me somewhere.
I'd ask the person if they'd like to go [to a gym, park, restaurant, something of that sort] because I really want to go/haven't been there before, everyone else is too busy and was wondering if they could come along because I don't want to go alone.
Then, I'd get the phone number so we could figure out when to go exactly or in case one of us had to cancel at the last minute.
It's kinda how I pulled in my boyfriend. I never really talked to him or even saw him that often. I was afraid of saying something stupid. But then one day I was bored and I asked if he wanted to come to my house so he could watch me play video games. After that, he came to see me more often and now he's mine >:D

Well, me and this guy like each other..but he started to like my friend also ,call her T well, I told him he will have to choose..well he chose me and that made me feel great. Well, we've been dating about a week now..and he's absolutely great,we were texting each other and he was joking with me saying that my friends his rebound if I ever break up with him. I told him if he was serious..and he said no sorry im bored..and well I told him not to do that it's not funny..than he said " I love you", it made me SO happy!! Than he changes his signature to his first intial plus my fist inital equals forever. So, it made me think that he liked me ..plus he looks at me and smiles at me and stuff ..but well my friend T told me that her other friend told her that my boyfriend said that he would break up with me for her.( The girl he chose over for me.So, that really hurt. T said that she said no because she's a good friend. Well, now I'm really hurt..;( why would he say that he loved me when he doesn't?? I texted him and asked him why he would say that if he doesn't like me.He hasn't texted back. Does he like me or my friend?? Im so confused!! This really makes me feel bad it makes me feel like I'm not good enough.. or less pretty than my friend..she's pretty to and she's small and this..I'm average height and im not super skinny, but Im not large. I was hurt before and its happening all over again. Please someone help me out. (link)

When he was "joking", think about how he responded to you. It doesn't seem quite right. And the I love you to try to make you forget about it?
I'm not really sure if he does like her, if he can't decide, or actually wants both of you.
If he really did say that he'd break up with you for her, then I don't think he's worth the trouble. A lot of people like to toy with others to make themselves feel better. Don't let it get to you.
It's better that you confront him in person so if he's lying, it'll be easier to see it.
