I'l try and make it as short as possible.
I have a best friend and we always fall for the same guys at exactly the same time. It gets anoyin because we cant make a move on a guy because we dont want to hurt each others feelings.
About a month ago my friend fell for a guy and secretly i did too but she found out and i told her that i would move on again and find someone else. So i moved on and found a guy and we began to get on really well. We both flirted alot and we began to get really close. Then my best friend tells me she has fallen for exactly the same guy and she tells him how she feels. We continue flirting but then she takes him to the cinema. they are about to go out and she doesnt understand how much she is hurting me inside because she always talks about how close they are and i makes me cringe inside and i do not know how to tell her to stop talking about him and i really secretly do not want her to go out with him! this is selfish but its just how i feel and i really do not know what to do!! well if she really is your best friend then she wouldnt go out with him because it would hurt you. i think you should talk to her about it and if she still continues to see him then you should forget about them both. it might be hard but no one deserves a best friend like that. make sure this boy knows how you feel about him aswell. if your friend doesnt care about you being hurt, then fight for the guy.

ok so I have a boyfriend, we'd been talking on the phone for over a year and went through a lot of mental things together and finally met earlier this month. (he used to be friends/go to school with my old bestfriend so he wasn't just some random freak) things have been great since but i hardly ever see him since he lives about 1hr 1/2-2 hrs away. when we're together it's so great, it's like everything else disappears. my question is, how do i deal with this barely seeing him thing? i see him when he can get a day off and has money to take the train down here, and i know things arent easy for him right now. i don't want to be selfish, but i don't know how to just be ok with this. i know things will change eventually when he moves closer but how do i deal with it right now? if you really love him , then dont give up. things can work if you want them to work. maybe you could take turns, you visit him then the next time he visits you.. just dont give up on what you have.
