Do not waste your time with this guy. You need to be the role model your baby deserves. You need to be a strong and independent woman. Your baby can still have its father in its life, but you shouldn't have to deal with someone who is so fickle and seems to treat your with disrespect. You never know, gaining control on your own life may prove to be exhilarating and the confidence you will exude from being dependent on yourself just might have him impressed. Even then - I would stay away. There is someone out there that will love you and your baby and will have the balls to stick around.

Newspaper ads for giveaway kittens work fairly well and are cheap. There are even some online sites that could help you out. Your local vet may even be able to suggest a foster home that looks after abandoned animals until they can be fostered out. Cute kittens are one of the first to be adopted from animal shelters too. Do some research, you will find it a loving home :)

I would suggest doing core isolated activities. Activites like crunches and sit ups are fairly effective. Depending on your level of already existing core strength I would say start of with slow and precise crunches - concentrate on isolating the movement so that it is only your stomach muscles that are doing the work. You will feel this movement start to have a burning effect after a few minutes your muscles will start to cramp/spasm slightly. You work for an extra minute after that to get toned. You double that time every week, so first week you will do it for one minute, second week for two minute, third week for four minutes and so on. Continue eating a healthy well balanced diet and reduce your salt intake as salt is the main reason why people tend to bloat and hold extensive amounts of water weight. This would hinder the appearance you are aiming for. Good luck!
