ok i lied to my teacher! we were supposed to give in a homework, and i was like "my printer cashed so i sent it to your email!" and she was like "stephany, i checked my email this morning there was nothing from you!" so i panicked and said "ehh.. well i sent it to you just right now, during lunch, from the library!" (i knoww, wrong! but i got scared!) and then during the lesson she was like "everyone who forgot the homework will have to send it to me through email at by the latest tonight..otherwise it will be marked late!" now its been two days since that.. so obviously im not gonna get a full grade for it, because it was late.. but i still need an excuse to avoid being embarressed when she tells me "howcome it wasn't in my inbox when you prmoised me you had sent it?" (she'll probably ask infront of the whole class, that will be so embarrising!) so what do i say? do i just lie? say "but i sent it to you!" ?

lol calm down.just tell her that you sent it to her but sometimes your emails dont go all the way through. it happens to me a lot.

i recently started taking voice lessons and my teacher said my voice sounds "cold" and is "too breathy" and i can't seem to fix it. i don't think i really understand and i need help figuring out how to acheive this. can anyone help me? thanks! (link)

well...try listening to some music that u really like. turn it up really loud and sing as loud as you can. try to sing OUT rather than just singing. it always works for me.

Okay, I'm wanting to write an emotional song. I want it to have a lot of the stuff I went through in my life put into it, I just don't know how to start it or anything. And I've already been to the Robyn Kendrick website, so that didn't help either. I was sexually abused by my cousin from the time I was 5 to the time I was 11. Then, my mom and dad got divorced, and that's been really hard for me. Lastly, I have like an eating disorder now. My mom thinks I'm anorexic because I won't eat and I'm throwing up now. Now because of this, I've wanted to cut myself and express my feelings and emotions, but I'm thinking it'd be better to express it into a song instead of harming myself. So If anyone can help me on my song, it'd be highly appreciated! Thanks!

It sounds like youve gone through a lot in your life. When ever i feel like writing a song, i just start writing down my feelings in a poetic way. and then i mold it into more like a songish poem thing...also, keep a pen and some paper with u whereever you are. and then if you hear something good or think of something you can write it down quick!
Also, if you ever ever feel like huring yourself, go strait to a school councilor or someone that can help you. Just keep your head up and instead of thinking of all of the horrible things that have happend to you, think of all the great things that will happen to you, like writing a song that will reach the top of the charts! Just smile. Be happy.

I think that you should go to the mall or something with her and another girl (her with her b/f) and then split up while youre there. Then you would be there with other people just not together...and if anyone asks, just say you lost them on accident.

i like this kid (we will call him "B") B. My friend says that he likes me too. yet, he says he doesnt (he suposedly doesnt know i like him) like me like that. well moving on, he has no classes with me or teachers but his locker is by mine and we hang out sorda a lot but with some other friends. and i guess in the middle of 5th hour people were calling him gay and he said "i cant be gay because i like Sam (my last name)"..now i heard it within minutes it happened. and he says that he really doesnt..what does that mean!!??

Well, it sounds to me like he likes you...but hes aparently being a guy and just dosent want you to know. I would flirt a lot and maybe even ask him to go to the movies or something (just as freinds but dont tell him that unless he asks) and if he makwa a move, then go for it!

So im 14/f and I just started dating this guy like a week ago. We are going on our first date this weekend and I'm pretty sure he is gunna hold my hand. Anyway, last time I was at a movie with him(we weren't dating) I got really nervous and my palms started to get kinda sweaty and clammy, and like sticky ya know? Well, i have this problem a lot too, so dont worry. There isnt a whole lot that you can do. You could wipe your hands on your pants every once and a while, you could just keep your hands out of reach, or you could just give up and let him hold it.
