k me and my [ex] bf broke up ALONG LONG LONG time ago..i think he even has another gf now, but neway its been like a year or something that we havent been together and we havent even talkd in almost that long..it would be our 2 yr anniversary comin up in like a month...we broke up in tha rainy season and it was SUCH heartbreak for me..i cried every night for like 3 months straight....but the thing is, not even like 2 hrs will go by that i dont think of him...and since its the rainy season im thinkin about him so much more and im really sad..this isnt normal to STILL not be over some1 by now is it? Well see my friend, knows my brothers girlfriends brother and lives by him and all. He's trying to hook us up, but then theirs a dance so he asked if i was going, since i am he told the other kid (brothers girlfriends brother) and he mite go. Since my friend is going (he's a boy, same name as brothers girlfriends brother)I want to go to but is to shy. Only because my parents say im too young to date or think about boys. Im in 7th grade, but he's in a grade younger. Thing that sucks is im shy of boys because of what parents said, They wont let me do anything, go to fair without an adult (did it anyways, went with other friend (girl) and her cousins, n her mom dropped them off. Should I take the risk to not be shy and go to the dance and stuff and like keep it from my parents. OR not do anything be shy to all the boys, not being able to do anything and suffer. And yes i will suffer.

1. you should NOT sneak out! you'll just get in big trouble! i'd try to work with your parents and let them know that they can trust you! let them know that yur not a lil girl! nad if your peers dont understand then you relli sont need friends who are gonna give you peer presure!
