how do i lighten my hair on my arms and but and stomach because its really dark hair and imbarising and i dont no how to make it a light color can u help please !!! thanks i rate high all the time

well sinse the hair is so thin and short the sn automatically bleaches it if your out there for a few hours, but you could put regular hair stuff on them like sun-in, also beer works. or just shace it, thats what most people do.

Well lately my armpits have been getting SO sweaty. It's pretty cold where I am an i don't know why they're like that? And if they stay like that I don't know what I'm gonna do wearing tee's in the summer. So I have a couple questions:

Does shaving your pits help them not sweat as much?

Is there any deoderant that works for it? (Only answer if you've TRIED it though)

hey yeah shaving will help them, i mean think about it, hair retains water lol. id try certain dri, it worked great for my brother and every single person i know who has used it. also try soft n dry deoderant with dri-tech, and get the stick and the aerosol can and use them both!

what is the best way to lose 10-15 lbs quickly i only have about a month maybe less. I HAVE to look good for spring break theres a reason and everything but its to long. What is the best way to lose it? If you could tell me good exercises and what to eat thatd be great. Also going to the gym its out of the question right now since i barely have any money. when you diet, first you're gonna lose water weight. thats a solid 5-15 lbs in a few weeks, so that will be easy. after that, the weight loss is gonna slow down, so you have to stay consistant. make sure meats you buy have a low fat perecentage, eat alot of salad, drink as much water as your body can hold lol, get at least 30 mins of physical activity everyday, and by that i mean getting your heart rate at a consistant pattern of around 100 beats per minute for at least 30 mins straight, stretch, do toning exercises (slowly lifting 5 lb weights), try pilates http://www.powerpilates.com/ , and remember if you burn more calories than you eat you WILL LOSE WEIGHT!! and have fun with it! make it easier by getting a friend to do it with you! and plan everything you eat day by day so you dont binge!

I love the big jewlrey trend. ( Big earrings, big pearl necklaces) However I can't find many places that sell a big necklace for less than $15! I don't want Claire's; there stuff breaks to easily. But where can I find cute jewlrey for less? Thanks :D

haha i love that stuff too! DEPARTMENT STORES! theyr great..huge selection, cheap prices. hechts, jc pennys, macys, any of those!! you can find costume jewelry almost anywhere, just go to the mall and any clothing store will have a jewelry stand. forever 21, debb, rave, any of them!

What kinda styles and brands are "in" right now?
For my birthday and christmas present I get a big shopping spree to re-do my wardrobe and I wanna get clothes that are in and will probably stay in for a little while! Thank youuu!!

hollister, abercrombie, mini skirts, long fitted shirts (like pulled over the waist), costume jewelry, loose jeans w. a fitted shirt, fur boots with jeans tucked in, silk tank tops w. a half jacket, american eagle, fitted jeans w. low heals, big bold belts, flashy earrings, bangles, and of course the old navy flip flops haha. have fun!!

Is it really true that if you take a cold shower, your body will burn calories trying to get warm? If so, how many?

its true in the sense that according to science your body should always be 98.6 so if it gets colder than that, your body needs to burn more energy to create more heat, and burning energy burns calories. theres no way to really figure out how many, but all i can really say is dont expect to lose weight from cold showers lol. some people finish hot showers with cold water bc it closes their pores, seals the ends of their hair to lock in conditioner and prevent split ends, and others just think it feels good lol. so the answer is yeah its true, but its not significant at all towards weight loss.

I stopped dressing up for places but now I want to but I dont know how to put anything together now. I'm tired of wearing a sweater and sweatpants. I need help. I dont know what colors would look good on me. I'm light tanned. I have dark brown/black hair. I'm short and not really chubby. Any suggestions of colors/clothes (certain color shirt/jeans/skirt) ? Pictures of outfits would help. I can't ask my friends because they aren't interested in fashion.

so recently ive been trying to lose some weight. running, eating right (or trying) and mentally training my mind. ive lost some weight but i just cant seem to lose anymore.. and its really making me rethink the whole process and just want to give up. what should i do?

well, if you lost the first few pounds quickly (a week or so), its because that was all water weight that your body had been retaining, and when your dieting, your body lets it out really quickly. usualy people lose 5-15 lbs in the first few weeks, so they get a boost of encouragment, but when it slows down and you actually start getting to FAT, thats when it gets difficult. the reasons diets and exercising fail for so many people is because when the weight loss slows down or stops for a bit, they get discouraged and quit. you just need to be consistant. weight loss is something that takes time. trust me, you dont WANT to lose it quickly. 98% of people who lose it quickly gain it all back plus an extra 10 lbs within 5 years. one way to encourage yourself is to get a friend to do it with you! my friend and i used to get burgers and fries for lunch everyday at school, and we agreed we were gonna stop doing that and now we buy salads everyday and we feel great!! its actually really fun when someones doing it with you. go excercising with a friend! and make a daily diet plan for week to week. make sure you balance all your food groups. but the key to it is, no matter how your body is, if you burn more calories than you eat, YOU WILL LOOSE WEIGHT and i cant stress that enough!! excersize daily, and i mean getting your heart rate around 100 beats per minute for a consistant 30 mins, and eat healthy, and you'll do great! be patient hun! congradulations on your first few!!

I was planning on redecorating my room. Im going to paint my walls white and i want to get a red (or something with red) bed comforter. i have one big window and i wanted to get red drapes. does any one have any other ideas or like websites where i could get pillows or decorating ideas or stuff that would look good with my room i rate 5's

Heyy! Ok go the the person's column, and under their default picture, click "View more pics". That will take you to the picture index, then click the picture that you want to comment. Directly below it it on the left it will say "pose a comment". Click that, and then type what you want to write in the box, then click "post comment". Then it will take you to "verify comment" and click "post" and you're done!
