I am a 13/f about 5'3 and weigh 134. My best friends are all like your not fat. And I am like haha have you seen me. I have a lot of muscle on my arms and legs but I do have some stomach fat. Like I am not huge, but I am not considered skinny either. My doctor says that I am average, but I feel so fat. Also I have like a huge waist. I want to look good in a bathing suit this summer, and look thin asap. I have tried dieting, didnt work. Exercising once a day, didn't have time, eating healthy, cant resist junk food. I do play sports and stuff but i dont have to work out and all that. Can anyone help me find a way to lose weight that wont damage my body, and will help me lose like 10 pounds in the next 2 weeks. Also how can i lose my huge waist?? Thanks for your help :)

Look. I do not know how to help you with your dieting because I am going through the same thing. Diets do ot work and I also feel fat. I just wanted to inform you that losing 10 pounds in only 2 weeks is very harmful to your health. I suggest you do not do that. One friend to another (:
My son's 3 years. Everytime I ask him if he needs to wee he says no. When he says yes and I get him on the potty seat (which is on the toilet seat)...he doesn't do anything, then when I let him go about 10 minutes later he messes himself or uses the diaper.
I know when he wants to poo but when I get him on the seat he never does it there. I bought pull ups today and hopefully it will help.
My question really is how to approach the potty training for a boy of 3 years. I want to get him into school soon but the only wait is potty training!

Hey so if anyone reads and answers this I will really appreciate it.
Basically, two years ago, I had little flaky dandruff (meaning that when i scratch my head, small small pieces of dandruff would fall off...I then started using dandruff shampoo for 6 weeks, and there was no difference, so I then switched to a different dandruff shampoo, once againt here was no difference. I then decided to use hydrating shampoo and conditioner ( $30) and still no difference. And it's still contiuning today.
Is there any lotion or something you can put on your head, without affecting your actual hair? And what type of shampoo and conditioner should I use. ( I have tried head and shoulders, and many other different brands.)
PS I don't want to ask my hairdresser...so yeah
I found two definitions. Dendruff and dry scalp. You may have dry scalp since the dandruff shampoos dont work. There are solutions below
Dandruff: This is probably the most common (and most misidentified) scalp
problem out there. Dandruff is known medically as pityriasis and characterized by large
flakes of dead skin cells either on the scalp or in the hair, and is commonly seen having
fallen to the shoulders of the individual. Often, a person with dandruff may misinterpret
the condition as dry scalp, and vice versa. The difference is that dry scalp may result in
flakes of skin cells, but dandruff flakes are larger, often greasy or oily and are often
accompanied by redness, itchiness, and irritation of the scalp. Dandruff is believed to be
the result of an infection, and a good indication that you are suffering with dandruff is
that these greasy, oily flakes are accompanied by an odor.
Since it is an infection, it follows that dandruff is contagious. You should never
share your hair care utensils (combs, brushes, etc.) without properly disinfecting and
sanitizing them both before and after use. Also, make sure to rinse all shampoo and
conditioner products thoroughly from the hair when you use them. Improper rinsing
during the shampoo process will only exacerbate the problem of dandruff. Most mild
cases of dandruff can be treated using over-the-counter medicated shampoos and
conditioners, as well as antiseptic lotions for the scalp. However, in serious cases, where
there is excessive redness, itchiness, or bleeding or oozing of sebum caused by
scratching, you must see your physician. Left untreated, dandruff can lead to hair loss.
Dry Scalp: Dry scalp is another common issue that many people face, especially in
winter or in colder climates where you are moving in and out of heated areas frequently.
The skin of the scalp becomes tight and itchy and tiny flakes of dead skin are showered
by combing and brushing. Dry scalp conditions are often misidentified as dandruff, and
are treated as such, which can worsen the condition depending on the treatments used.
Fortunately, there are many products on the market today that are formulated to treat
both mild dandruff and dry scalp equally well, and will allow you to feel sure of handling
this sometimes confusing problem.
Common methods to treat dry scalp can include the application of deep
conditioning treatments, moisturizers and lotions for the scalp, scalp massage (to
stimulate circulation), application of a scalp steamer (or wrapping the head with warm
moist towels) and application of direct high-frequency current in a salon.

I also have fat on my hips. I think it is very normal. No girl out there is extremely skinny, even though they look like it. We all have fat on our hips. Sure it is hard to cope with but its true. If you would like you can do excercises like the twist or sit ups or curl ups. They should help.

im confuse i like this boy alot and i mean alot and every time i see him in the hallways my whole body just heat up and i feel so wierd at times. And i think about him everyday and he has a myspace and i go on it and look at his profile everyday. and when i see him with another girl i get jealous real easy even though we dont go out. i dont know if its a crush or is it realy love because i dream about him and daydream about him everyday and i even made wedding plans huh call me crazy. so plz what is this that im feeling.
hmm I believe you have a BIG BIG crush :) If he is alone, go talk to him and get to know him better. I used to feel the same way about a guy but I got over it when I found out who he actually was. Maybe he will like yu too.

I've always been interested in modeling but everyone is so beautiful. So i don't think i can get anywhere. Are looks everything? Do you have to have perfect skin, beautiful eyes, blonde hair, etc?
There are many girls out there (the average girl) who makes the front cover of a magasine or is asked to be in an advertisement. Even if you believe that you do not have the looks, you still have the chance. Go to this site. I think it will help you alot.

i want to try out for track this year, but the problem is that when i start running for about 1 minute i get really tired. how can i change this so i can be fit for track? thanks.
Do not worry. I feel the same way. You should try jogging and running every morning before school or every evening. Increase the intensity every day so as to challenge yourself. DO NOT start of hard at the beginning. Do light excersise before you start jogging, like stretching. heres an example of a schedule:
Day 1: easy intensity(walking), 20 minutes
Day 2: easy intensity(walking), 25 minutes
Day 3: easy intensity(walking), 20 minutes
...
Day 6: moderate(jogging), 20 minutes
Day 7: moderate(jogging), 25 minutes
...
Day 11: high(running), 20 minutes
...
Make sure before you start running you walk for a bit. The time limit was just an example but you can go for longer if you wish.

Ask him to meet you somewhere where you two can be alone. Somewhere quiet, not a movie. More like the park or a restaurant. Tell him exactly how you feel. If he feels the same way, he will tell you. If he doesnt he will also tell you, but he will say that you two are very close friends. Dont take this answer seriously because he may just not want to ruin your relationship.

Don't waste your money no exercise will make you lose weight. Exercise strengthens muscles and only diet will make you loose weight and almost all diets work but you have to stay on a diet forever.
Make your own excercise routine. You can go bike riding, swimming, jogging, whatever pleases you. But do not forget to warm up for 30 minutes before doing any tupe of activity.
Eat the right foods. No greasy things. Foods that come in cans are better and will fill you up. Eat a snack every 2 hours to avoid feeling hungry when its time for your meal.
