Q: What are some good ways to get stronger so it's easier to do back-handsprings??? I can do them with a spotter but then when I try doing them by myself, I land on my head all the time. Help me please!!!

dear need more strenght:
all you need to do is keep ur arms straight and tell ur self that u can do it..because i had the same problem now i can acctually do it. What i did was i started doing them on a huge squishy mat with a spotter then one day i just threw it out of now where. after you get them on the squshy mat get a smallery flat mat and put it on then sping floor and have a spotter there untill ur doing it by ur self then take the mat away and have the spotter help u 3-4 times then you should be set...but make sure you drink lots of water and dont tire ur self out bc you WILL get hurt if u over do it.
