perhaps you sweat a lot in your underarms? if that is the case, you must use Driclor. it is this amazing product that you apply at night, I hour after showering. The following day, before school, take a shower again, and apply dedorant. I used Driclor already and it really works. It can be irritating though, so I use it every other day.
perhaps your dedorant isn't a good one? try secret or hi and dri by revlon (stick form).
if it is your breath that stinks, you must brush you teeth 3 times a day, and floss daily. you see if you only brush your teeth, it doesn't get out the little food particles that get stuck in between your teeth.
use clean clothes all the time.

Ok, so i have this problem. I always dress in black or dark colors and i've been doin this all my life. Some of my friends are starting to get pissed that i'm always dark. they're embarrassed when we go out in public just because of me. They yelled at me but i just told them to piss off. this can become a problem. Should i just keep telling them to shut the hell up and put up with it or try to deal it out with them?
advice is nice...
i don't care if it sucks like hell, just give me advice... (link)

are you sure these are your friends? if they yell at you and are embarassed to be seen in public with you, then you better find other friends who will treat you with respect.
If they are tired of seeing you in dark colors, they could have suggested a "make-over" or something. Like, maybe they could go with you shop and make you try out other colors, maybe white.
I'm not sure why you prefer to dress in dark colors all the time, but you know, change can be good. You don't have to buy a lot of light colored clothes all of a sudden. Why don't you just try on some, in a fitting room or at home?
if you really don't like light colors then you are free to stick to your wardrobe but I don't think it's ok to be treated that way by your "friends". They should accept you the way you are, and if there is room for improvement, they should help you, not yell at you.

You have to sweat for at least 30 mins. a day (cardio work-out) to burn the fats in your body. how does that work? well if you sweat and hyperventilate, your body's metabolism becomes faster.
Then supplement that with about 15 sit-ups/3 sets (for beginners). To tone down your tummy area.
Don't lose hope and don't asses your weight in 2 days. Examine you body again after about a 10 days of exercise.
Don't starve yourself too. Eat only when hungry and in moderation. Dieting/starving yourself makes your metabolism slow.
Now if you want a fun way to tone down your stomach fats, take belly dancing. It's really popular here in the Philippines and the people who are really into it have slimmer waist lines.

does any one no any tricks to making deoderant last longer?? thanks a bunch (link)

you must try hi and dri by revlon. it works 24 hours.
I personally like the stick form which is unscented. When I tried it, it was the deodorant that I've been looking for: affordable, works for hours, doesn't sting, and without the annoying powdery deodorant smell.
