My mother took my thongs away from me probally about 8 months ago. I've asked for them back a few times, but not in a looong time! i mean like aleast 2 months.
I'd like to know what i could say to her to persuade to her to let me wear them. I'm pretty sure she took thema way because she thought i was doing sexual things(which, honestly, i was not)
please list things i could say to her
im so depressed & i kno exactly where they are at, which makes it worse. Please do'nt tell me not to worry about it, bc i am, and please don't tell me to sneak them. Its not possible.

Tell your mum that you feel insecure and unconfident about your body because the thongs that have been taken away from you make you feel that you have one sexy feature, if nothign else.
Tell her you wouldnt dream of having sex before you were truly ready for it and you think that people who 'do it' before 16 or even before they feel ready are sad and pathetic because they cant control themselves (even if its a lie!)
I know how you feel, i have a *bit personal* rash and am unable to wear my thongs :'(

Okay, so there's this guy, he is SO cute, we've been friends all this year. And I fell in love with our friendship.
Silly as it sounds. But I like him, ALOT! He sometimes calls me at night, and one time, he wanted to meet me at the mall and watch a movie. (May I add, he doesn't know I like him.)
Okay, during school, my very close friend, talks about my crush ALL THE TIME. It kind of bothers me cause she says all this stuff like, "Oh, he keeps poking me in the arm, and told me it was a 'Love Tap'" I got pretty sad when she told me this. (Also, may I add, I told her I liked him before she even told me this.)
Last night, she told me that she 'kind of' likes my crush! To be honest, I wasn't surprised since she made is OBVIOUS!
But the problem is, she's ALOT prettier then me. She went out with more guys then I have. And most guys ask her out and everything. I'm just scared that maybe my crush might fall for her, and forget about me. I'm just scared if he DOES ask her out, that she's going to say yes.
I don't know what to do. My crush doesn't know I like him, and my friend likes him. I don't know what to tell my friend how I feel about this. I don't want to ruin our friendship. But it's really killing me. It gets me really mad, knowing that ALL the guys I thought is cute, or had a crush on, she happen to like them as well.
I don't know what to do anymore. Please help.

I have been in this same situation many a time and am happy to give my advice from them.
In the past, i have tried different approaches and have dicovered the best way is to make sure your friend knows you like him, i know you said she knows, but tell her again. Ask her that if this guy ever asks her out, would she consider saying no. If the answer does not suit your needs. Then ask her which she prefers: her friendship with you, or a quick fling with this guy? That should get her.
I know you said that you dont want to ruin your friendship and nag or anythign, but it is the best way to go about it, the question above should stump her, and if she is worth your friendship she will choose the correct answer.
Just an add on, this guy, would you prefer him to find out you like him from rumours or through you? Just a thoguht, but if you like him enough, you will tell him you like him in THAT way but dont tell him your mate fancies him, jeep that hush!
And about the prettiness, i won a war with this friend of mine over a boy a few weeks ago, and if your guy is worth it then he will decide between you and your friend (if either) through personality, not looks.
He isn't worth it if he decides on looks and not personality and your mate isn't worth it if she puts a quick fling before your friendship.
A hint of advice on a related subject, make sure you be yourself around him, i know as it was a freindship beforehand you probably are, but dont change now.
Another pointer, he might not want to go ou twith either of you, remember, there are 2 friendships he could lose over a relationship with you or your friend.

ok, how come whenever someone says a curse word, they say excuse my french/pardon my french etc...? i never understood it...I always hear my mom say it after she says a curse word. Can someone explain it to me? Thanks. i rate high for real answers. ♥ (link)

i have a really bad sore throat. it hurts a lot & when i swallow i can't stand it. my voice isn't gone, but its croaky sort've. when i breathe in er make my neck move a certain way, i get this really bad chest pain, sort've by my bra line in the center of my chest. i have asthma & that stinging feeling you get when you have it, it's almost like that but a bit different. i know it isn't asthma, but i'm not quite sure what it is. any ideas??

it could be simply tonsilitis. i had it a few times so i had my tonsils removed. it was a simple procedure. but ask your doctoer, you dont have to have surgery, antibiotics will do.

Okay, I'll try to make this short.
My best friend introduced me to this boy, and we all decided we want to be best friends. Well, him and her got super close (they go to catholic school together; i go to public school) and he and I aren't so close. She and I are because we live very close. We've hung out quite a but, and my best friend told me she likes him. Well, of course, after liking her brother for over a year, I decide to like newboy. My friend understood, and was happy that I didn't like her brother anymore. She and I even kind of came to the conclusion that we're taking the "May the best whore win" route of who gets him (if he even likes one of us) But the problem is: I really am getting fond of this boy. We have lots in common and he's everything I could ask for. And we're kind of throwing hints at each other that we like each other (well, that's what it seems like to me). I don't know what to do! I don't want to loose my best friend, but I really like this boy! (link)

well i am a f/13 and i need advice. Well you know how sometimes you play around with your guy friends and kick them on the leg and then they try to kick you back,well that happened to me. On Wednesday i kicked my guy friend and he tried to kick me back right and then i try to run away. Well i saw this boy who i like and i think likes me and we hang out a lot and talk about everything. So i ran behind him. I had my arms around his body with hands on his chest( i didnt even notice). So he did the sweetest thing by trying to protect my from getting kicked by my guy friend. He didnt care that my arms were around him and he was even moving opposite the bo so he wouldnt hit me!!! Is that a sign of liking me because i had my hands on his chest and he didnt even care and he was protecting me? Was that a good thing putting my arms around him and my hands on his chest(even though i didnt even notice)?i rate 5s Thanx in advance!!!
