what are some really healthy foods but theyre also yummy? dont say any fruits or veggies, i already know this lol, im talking about meal wise. (link)
1) Grapefruit, this would have to have the most disgusting after taste, but it gets rid of your appetite. Why? Because after you eat something after grapefruit, nothing tastes good. Not a big fan? That's fine. Get some water and ice, and squeeze some grapefruit in there. It's really good. And better than soda!

2) Grapes, what I like about grapes is that if you're thirsty, grapes serve as both a snack and a drink, sort of. They also help if you're hungry.

3) Nuts, peanuts, walnuts, etc. They help fill you up when you're hungry. But don't eat that much, they're fatining (Sp?)

4) Water, water can help with your hungry. Did you know that half the times we go to the fridge or pantry, we're actually really thirsty? Did you know that when we think we're thirsty we're actually more thirsty than we are? Well that's true. So go drink your H2O.

5) Raisin Bran, this would have to be my new favorite snack. Raisin Bran or even Raisin Bran Crunch helps satisfy my crave for sweets and give me my protein, calcium( with the milk), and grain that I need.

6) Kashi, kashi bars fill you up, and are really yummy! Don't just eat one though.

7) Meat, meat is really good for you. So eat meat. It builds muscle.

I just realized that you said no fruits of veggies.
My bad,

8) Yogurt or Jello, I have an obsession with these. They fill me up and help my sweet cravings that I have.

9) Another sweet craving that I have is satisfied by fudge pops. They're only 80 calories and they're delicious. I eat at least 2 a day most of the time.

Most of the time it really doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you exercise. And as much as us don't want to hear it, THERE IS NO EASY, FAST, WEIGHT LOSS FOOD. So 30 minutes of cardio (even if it's walking) is good. A good way to keep yourself walking is to call people while you do that, make sure to call a really chatty person though. Another thing, don't eat much of each thing I told you. Example, for the cereal, eat one cup. If you're still hungry, don't eat another cup, eat meat or peanut butter or nuts or something ELSE. Because we don't want the same of one thing. A lot of the same of one thing isn't good for you, no matter how healthy the food might be.

Best of luck, xo

So, I don't have really bad body acne just maybe one or two on my chest, a few on my back, and as gross as it is a few on my bottom. Does anyone have any home remedies. [i don't have any money] that can help get rid of this? (link)
Well, toothpaste does dry out some pimples, but i'm not gonna promise it will work. The job is decent. But, regular face wash will help get rid of that. Make sure you eat right as well. Don't eat that much junk food, it's terrible for acne and skin.

Best of luck, xo

My 5 year long relationship has come to an end, and now I'm scared that I won't be able to find anybody else that would want me.

I suppose the bigger problem is that I have a hard time trusting in people, and yet I need somebody to love me. I just don't know what I'm going to do.

How do I meet good guys and show them I'm interested (assuming I find a decent guy in the beginning)? I'm so lost and scared that this is the end for me and guys. Any advice on how to get over this bump in the road? (link)
I know, you don't want to hear this, but the relationship has ended. Now the only question is, are you up for getting over it?

There's not a secret recipe to get over someone, but if i've learned anything, don't think you can change his mind. I had a boyfriend for 2 months and he was my everything. My best friend in the entire world as well. When he broke up with me for my best friend, it was the toughest thing in the world to get over, but I did. I found someone new. It's not about finding someone, or in this case, looking for someone, it's about getting over your ex, you know? You can't just sit there and convince yourself that your ex will come back because no one knows that for sure, except him. Whatever you do, don't text him. Let him come to you, if he really misses you. It's gonna be hell trying to get over him, but once you finally do, you're gonna feel so much better, trust me.

The truth is for most of us, is that we're too much home, and not enough out there. Go to parties, hang out with friends, live your life. Five years is such a long time, if your guy really loved you, he will come back. You need to learn to rely on yourself, because when we lean on other people, eventually we fall and get hurt. That was my problem, hopefully it isn't yours.

Best of luck, xo
