advice
Like 5 of my best friends are cheerleaders..and they talk about cheerleading 24/7..and i feel left out alot of the time. How can i feel not left out?
Ask them to come over your house sometime so you can all work on cheers, dances, and maybe even some stunts! be safe!
any one that goes shopping at hollister, how much are the jeans and sweaters. how much are the clothes at hollister. if you dont no please dont answer. thanks!
Holister is very expensive. Anywere from $30-$100 and whats funny is, people buy it! I can get a pair of jeans for $20 somewhere else, I'm not going to pay 35 for one pair! But Hollister does have cute clothes..so yeah if your willing up to pay the big bucks. Go for it
i dont exactly have a question...but i just need someone to talk to and just for anyone to give me advice...i am a Freshman..im 14 im in a relationship. and i've been stressing alot of skool lately!!...its just that im failing 2 of my classes rite now!. its just that my 2 teachers give out TOO much assignments and its just stressing me bcause i dont do it! my sister says i need to learn how 2 manage my time! and i told her its not bkuz of cheerleading...(because im always @ praktice or @ a game) and well i just dont know! somebody help!!
Well maybe you should do all your work before/after cheerleading. Or when you have breaks! Yes you need to manage your time...or maybe even quit a few things but dont quit cheer!!
Im going to try out for cheerleading around April or May I just need some advice on what I can do at home to become a better cheerleader...because Im going to be a flyer bc Im really light and I just need to know what kind of streches will help me thx ps I have a trampoline if you can do stunts on that thx you very much!
Hello! Maybe you can join a gym in your area (Like YMCA) and take classes on cheerleading. They will help you out! For stretches, try to do them everyday for 30 minutes! You could do the streches while your watching T.V., listening to music, whatever!...
1. Bend over, touch your toes. If you cant touch your toes, go as far as you can go down and hold onto legs for 15 seconds.
2. Sit down, feet apart, stretch side to side. Hold for 30 seconds each side.
3. After you did those 2 stretches, try to go into a split. But dont hurt yourself. You wont make it all the way but go as far down without hurting yourself.
...If you repeat this everyday or maybe even every other day. You'll have your splits and you'll be a flexibile cheerleader! For tryout tips, ask me! Good luck:)
