So I'm ready to ask this girl out, we're friends, and we've been talking a lot lately. Here is more or less what I plan to say, is this good at all? Give me specific suggestions please.
"I’ve really enjoyed getting to know you better over the past couple months, and I feel like we’ve become pretty close since we’ve been talking everyday. To be honest, I am realizing that I’m starting to fall for you and your awesome personality. Reading this and keeping in mind that I'm love with a best friend, this is EXACTLY how I would like to be asked out. I'm a girl, by the way and that was a really great way to ask a girl out. I don't know what this girl's personality is, but I know that if she likes you too she will realize what you're trying to ask from the first two sentences. I'm not asking you to shorten it, because if she knows what you're trying to say and LIKES it, then she would definitely want to hear more about why you exactly want to ask her out :)
Make sure to pay attention to her body language when you're telling her, you can usually tell what they are going to say before they answer by their body language :) So yeah just try to do that unless you think you're going to be SO emotionally filled up and concentrated that if you tried to focus on anything else you would crash... lol :)

im a 13 yr old female and resently a 16 yr old male added me on msn we got talking and i found out he use to go to my school but finished this year. he keeps sending me texts saying i love you but hasn't actually asked me out yet i told a friend about this an she said to just tell him you are not intrested so i did but i dont think he got the message wot shall i do please help me on wot to say thanks :) (link)

You need to tell your parents right away, I'm pretty sure they'd care about their daughter being harassed by an older guy.
You know that he could be over 16, right? Have you actually seen him? If you haven't, he could be lying about his age. there are some digusting 30 year old men out there who talk to 13 yr olds like you, say "oh wow, I totally agree, come over to my place cuz I love you" and then you end up in the scariest place you would ever imagine, trust me.
Please, do yourself a favor and cut off ALL interaction with this guy. You don't need to be talking to him, and if you don't have feelings towards him it will make thing SO much easier.
Oh yeah and try not to fall for him unless you KNOW he's the age he says. this goes for anyone you meet online or by txt. I wish I didn't have to say that, but I'm afraid that upon the human race, naturally liars, that is what I have to say to keep one less girl from being deceived by a disgusting old man who likes young girls.
I really hope I helped, and please do not say I'm too late. Sorry if I sounded pushy, but this is a serious issue.
It was a good idea to ask what to do one this website, but next time remember to tell your mom or grandma or something first. :)
