ok so after my sweet 16 party we are going swimming in the indoor pool from like 10-11:30 or whatever...problem is..the hotel says a lifeguard must be present? I guess i have to accept this rule being that its the hotel's rule, but would the people there think its lame and not want to stay in the pool being that the lifeguard is there? or do you think they will accept it and still have fun. Answer honestly..if you honestly think they wont like it and would want to leave..tell me.
Im hoping my friends will be ok with it and still have fun swimming and playing music, etc. (link)

mk i need a song for solo tryouts next year an im going to ask my friend if she wants to do a duet with me. I reall want to do a song from the broadway "Wicked" but i cant do my favorite song "Defying Gravity" because my friend is singing it this year. so i need a duet song maybe from "Wicked" or another good duet song. Me and my friend are both sapranos. thx a lot!! i rate obviously on how good the advise is. trying giving me a few choices plz. if i dont like your advice then you will not be getting a five. :) (link)

i've only known my friend since this year and we became really good friends but i think shes been a terrible friend lately.If I tell her something she said she goes off saying 'omg! you're putting words in my mouth!' when other people were there to hear her say what i told her she said.i do so much stuff for her and still shes mean.i put my hair in a parted ponytail and she's like, 'i see you tried my hairstyle' i got so annoyed when she said that because why would i want to be like her! she thinks im competing with her too because i've been doing my hair nicer.I told her my parents were looking to move and she gets all pissed saying'you promised you were going to the same high school as me!' instead of getting mad wouldnt a real friend be sad?If I have a pimple she points it out like I don't already know.It seems like she goes out of her way to make me feel bad.This has just been building up and I'm tired of her and her drama. I just need some advice this girl thinks she's god and has all the answers, but I think it's all in her head.Help?!

My best friend and I have been really close since the beginning of this school year. Back when we first started to become really good friends, we would do everything together. Lately, shes been wanting to hang out with her boyfriend and her other friend all the time. And she always points out the bad stuff about me, like what I say, and how my personality bugs her and stuff. But I really wanna be friends with her it just hurts that shes nice to me sometimes and then so mean other times... I don't know what to do.. please help? (link)

The same thing is happening to me. i found a bunch of friends to hang out with and when my BFF and her guy split she wanted backwith me and i ignored her because i over heard her calling a girl not being me her best friend.

i need some male views on this. sometimes i get the feeling that my b/f is staying with me just to be nice...do guys usually do that or do they move on the second their sick of the girl? its keeping me from falling completely in love with him b/c i dont know whats going on. xoxo (link)

Im a girl but i know alot about guys.... guys are really immature sometimes and so the chances are that he is not staying with you to be nice i think that he really likes you

i am getting major bullied at school. everyon says to stick up for myself but it's so hard. my teacher knows but they don't do anything which is screwed up. i talked to the counselor and she said to confront them in person but i don't want to do that becuause that pus me in danger (link)

try to avoid the bully at all costs. and if necessary, get a teacher to secretly watch from about a 50 foot distance. and confront them and if anything happens then you will have help and the kid will get suspended and you might have a lawsuit on your hands.

ok so....theres this girl that i like a lot....shes a year yonger....im in 8th and shes in 7th...well...in the begginin of the year...me and her went out..for about 2 weeks...then she dumped me...and a week later we went out again...this time it was for 3 weeks..and then i dumped her for another girl...which i shouldnt have done at all...well...so me and this other girl went out for about 2 months...and then i dumped her in like january...and its may now...and the girl in 7th grade..went out wit a boy for 3 months...and broke up wit her 2 weeks ago...we texted each other every night and it seemed like she liked me but...when i asked her she said not telling ...but she said she had some1 in mind...and i really like her and think about her alot...i dont think she likes me...wat should i do?... get over her she is like 12 years old and way to immature. i am in 9th grade and girls in my grade are sometimes immature so maybe you should just try to find someone your own age and get over the 12 year old.

I'm a girl, freshman in highschool- my group of friends at school do all sorts of things almost every weekend- and I've never been invited once. I'm tired of wondering every Friday if thier making plans, and hoping I get invited. I'm sick of everytime it's one of their birthdays having to sneak around to find out wether or not their having a party, because I KNOW I'm not going to get invited.
Here's the thing, though- I go to a very small school, less than 50 students in my intire grade and so it's not like I can just ditch them and find new friends.

Okay..Theres this girl...her name is Chelsea..and shes 15 (like me). Okay..so in the begining of the year..i met Chelsea..and everything was cool. But now, shes like, been making me mad. Shes wayy wayy too clingy and stuff. I tried to hint to her that shes annoying before..but it just didnt work. Ugh. whenever your around her find out someone whe does not like and why.... then start acting like that person.....it worked for me in 8th grade and now when i see that girl in the hall she does not even talk to me and now its been a year (Im in 9th grade.)

Just dont go for a guy because of how he looks. maybe you just have not found the right guy. but maybe you should just be friends with a guy before you date him. you are only in 7th grade and so you should not have that many boyfriends if you are so young

i'm 13 and i'm only 5'1. i'm very self-conscious about my height so i measure myself everyday. why is it that when i wake up i'd grow half to a full inch from the night before when i measured but at the end of the day i'd measure myself again and it said that i shrunk again? this happens almost every morning, when will i stop increasing an inch and then losing an inch by the end of the day? how can i prevent it? thank u (link)
