I am 14 years old. I know for a fact i am not pregnant because i have never had sex before. I have missed my period the last 3 months. The longest ive ever missed it was 2 months. I have been stressed out latley and i do get nervouse when it does not come around. Could it be that i will never get it again and somethings wrong with me? i would rather not go to the doctor, i am very shy and do not like to talk about these things. Also the last time i got my period was the first time i used a tampon. Someone please help. (link)

I think you should talk to your doctor about this.

so we just lost in soccer to our rival in the states game. im the goalie. and i played terrible. i had the worst game of my entire season, if not career. i couldnt get a save for the life of me. the game ended up going into overtime and we lost by one. there were so many people at the game, literally like 200, and they all pretty much know me well. I not only feel like a failure, but i let myself, my coaches and my team down. its been about 3 days since the game and i still have this terrible pit feeling in my stomach. to make it worst, the school that was scouting me for college was there. i feel so ashamed. idk. i had been having such an amazing season so far! i had stepped up so strong in so many games. it sucks that this was the last. idk...if anyone has any advice to give that will make me feel better i could really use it. i love soccer, but right now i cant even bear the thought to play right now. my heart sinks everytime i think about it. just please....i need some advice. Wow. That really sucks. I feel your pain. I play soccer too and, last season, for the first time, my coach put me in as the back defender. We lost the game and I felt like I was the reason we lost and I ended up sobbing in the car, on the ride home. I felt like I let everyone down. But, anyways, it sometimes is rlly hard not to beat yourself up when you feel like you didn't do well and when you feel like you let everyone down. But, everyone has those days when they just can't play as well as they usually do. But you have to realize and accept that life goes on. You can either dwell in the past and let it hold you back, or you can move on and you can try to leave the past behind. Being the goalkeeper is a position that can be stressful at times. But, it's time to forget about the past. It's time to live in the moment!

I'm a junior and I've been on Junior Varsity for 3 years. I play Outside Hitter and I have good hits, good serves, and my passes have improved every year. I played club in 8th grade and would love to do it again this year. But I'm afraid because I'm only 5'4"-5'5".. and I want to tryout for this club in Dallas, TX: http://www.victoryvbc.org
Do you think I should? I have no idea what to do. I'm really committed and everything but I don't want to embarrass myself. I don't know why I wasn't on Varsity this year, ugh. Half the sophomores and all the other Juniors in volleyball are in Varsity. I want to get better for the next volleyball season though, and show people that I have improved a lot. But I'm kinda afraid to be playing at the 17s level cause what if everyone is really tall and out blocks me all the time? I can block even though I'm short but there is still a disadvantage
Ugh what should I do? does that look like a good club or should I think about going somewhere else.. do you have any suggestions? thanks (link)

I'm only around 5'4"-5'5" too! But, anyways...you should try out for the volleyball club in Dallas. Sure, the girls may be taller than you, which is an advantage for them, but it sounds like you're pretty experienced with volleyball. Don't let the taller girls intimidate you and don't let the fact that you aren't very tall scare you away from trying out for the volleyball club in Dallas! This is a big oppurtunity! Take the oppurtunity while it lasts! For all you know, it could change your life! Just because you aren't as tall as the other girls doesn't mean that they are better than you. For all you know, you could be just as good as them or maybe even better! But, even if you don't make the volleyball team, atleast you tried. Trying something is better than doing nothing at all! ALso, you could still be proud of yourself for being brave and facing your fear!

Well see I'm thinking about doing softball for highschool but I'm unsure bc the play is in the spring time same time as softball season and I kinda wanna do the play more but softball ikinda want to do that I'm a freshamn so I don't know if I'll make the play so should I do softball or school play? Also I kinda wanna do softball bc I have friends on the team and this boy I like plays baseball well which one do you think more??? (link)

I think you should do both softball and the highschool play. It'll be more work, but if you have fun and try your best, it will be worth it! But, if for some reason, you're given a choice between the two and you can only pick one, choose the higschool play, because if you enjoy theatre more than softball, you should do theatre. Even though you have friends on the softball team and the guy you like is on the baseball team, you still love theatre more and you might meet other friends and more cute guys that you may like more than your current crush, in theatre, the highschool play. But, because you have been given the oppurtunity to participate and contribute to both, you should do both! Take the opputunity while it lasts!

You should sign up for softball! You have to face your fears! You might just find that you are actually really good at softball. But, if you end up being bad at softball, don't give up right away! I don't play basketball or softball, but I totally understand how you feel. I play soccer, and I get super nervous before every game. I can't help it. I usually worry that I won't be able to play well. But, I've found out that when I get super nervous, I either end up playing my absolute best games or I play my worst. When I don't play very well, it's because I let my nerves get to me, and I am not able to relax my mind. When I play my best, I calm myself down and I don't worry too much about making mistakes. So, try not to let your nerves get to you! And giving something a try is better than not doing anything at all! Trust me!
