For the age and gender thing i'm 16/f
ok...theres this guy i like and he seems to like me but i think he's too shy to admit it...he smiles at me alot and i have been starting to notice him staring at me..but whenever someone asks him if he likes me he says something like i never said i do like her but i never said i don't like her...i have thought about just keep talking to him to see how it goes and try to show him i like him and wait for him to ask me out...or should i just straight out ask him out myself? i would flirt with him a lot and be sure he likes you... after ur sure you should DEFINITELY ask him out! Another thing you could do is talk to one of HIS friends and have them bring up something about you like 'She is really nice, you guys would be a good couple' and see what he says.. *Sarah*

Hey, I'm kind of confused... well anyways, my friend (shes a girl), we were hanging out with some other people and trick or treating and stuff, and then like my other friend is just like... "You are a lucky man" and then im just like why? and then he said "Because someone likes you" and I knew he ment my friend lets call her R from now on, but yeah and he then said "You are good, but she says you are short and too young" (where as im 14, shes 16.) I'm 15/f. Ok, so my sister recently had her Bat Mitzvah and a ton of family cane up. So this one family, who is related because their mom is my mom's cousin, and their dad is my dad's friend (before they were married), and their kids are my 3rd cousins. Well they have two kids, one whho is my age and didn't come to the Bat Mitzvah, and one who is 13, 8th grade. So this kid came over to our house after the party with a ton of my other friends, and we all had a blast. The problem, what if i like him? I don't want to because many people will find it gross. I know it's not incest because sometimes first cousins don't even count as incest. Also the fact that he is two years younger. Some people find that really wrong. The next time I'm going to see him is at his Bar Mitzvah at the end of November. I don't know what to do. We had a great time together, and my friend wanted us to "hook-up." But I don't think he hates me, i think he thinks I'm kind of cool. When we were surfing vodeo clips he kept saying, "I think you'll like this one" I mean, if feels like he would be perfect if he was my age and not my 3rd cousin. Are these feelings gross or weird? Hmm.. thats kinda tough.. usually i'd say age doesnt really matter unless its like a HUGE age diff. or w/e but yeah the fact that he is your third cousin makes it weird.. i know this probably wont happen but what if you got married! what would ur family think.. just try thinking about those things.. maybe you can ask him if he has any friends that might be good with you.. so yeah i say just be friends * Sarah *

I would keep spending time with him! if they are THAT good of friends they would understand that you really like him! You could also do things like with everyone together.. go to the movies or bowling or something! maybe your friends will end up seeing the things you see in him.. they might understand a little better.. *Sarah*

Okay, right now I am having a problem with my man, and I have these two best friends. They have always been right about my guyz in the past…but now, one is getting the “I warned you” vibe while the other is getting the “He loves you, Go for him!” vibe. They both know as much as I know…and they both know him as well as the other knows him…yet one is getting a good vibe and one is getting a bad vibe. I think you should just go for him..because if you dont you will def. regret it! plus its you that needs to be happy in the long run! But, if you are worried about your friends ask them to tell you why they think what they do.. you may see some of their points and it may affect ur decision

i've been playing the guitar for almost 2 years now and i'm pretty good at it... my friends want to start a band but they need a bass player... i was thinking about becoming a bass player. has anyone here played guitar and then started playing bass? is there a big difference? how hard is it to play? and how badly will i get calisis on my fingers? i mainly play guitar but it's pretty easy to switch.. the calisis's arent't that much worse. but dont change just to fit in the band.. if you really like playing guitar start your own band!

well you can't loose weight in just one spot..you can tone it which works a lot better.. try doing pilates and running. Seventeen.com has lots of good excercizes so try looking there. ~Sarah~
