No it's not becuz of you he just might be getting angry easier becuz his parents are probaly make a big deal about him loving you but you should really try to keep him as calm and then in the end you'll see that it just need time to work out and maybe his parents will get off his back

no it won't seem like you obssed becuz if he have any sense that'll make him think that you love him and you really want to get serious and if you don't seem obssed you might miss out on something good so my advice is to go ove there as often as you can
