Ok, so my name is Jess. That's how I'll start off. I'm your typical 14 year old. Hanging out with friends, shopping, listening to music you now a regualr teenage girl. I absolutely love to sing and act and have always for basically my whole life time. I probably came out of my mother singing. I love emo, rock, and punk music. I also like helping others, although I can be conceided sometimes, but who isn't. But I'm always there for the people who need me.

No you can't be pregnant if your a virgin and if you have your period your not pregnant.

i am trying to go on a diet and it works for a day then the next day i totally pig out! then i regret it and the process starts over! does anyone have any dieting tips?

Ok so we all have diets that fail. I'm anti-diet although i go on them. When I go on diets I seem upset and always angry or what not. So this is what you do. 1200 calories a day thats it! And and hour of excercise everyday. I've lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks from going to the gym everyday and juts watching what i was eating. Get a journal and write down everything you eat that day and put the calories down too. Add them up at the end of the day and if your under 1200 or at 1200 your gold. but if your over you need to work on it. you'll get so use to it and it will start working.

Hey. I have no idea how to spell Ouijji board so just bare with me. lol. okay well i was wondering i play the ouiji board with my friends & its pretty freeaky. Like some things we asked actually came true and it seems so real. Does anyone know if its actually spirits or Our minds?? Has anyone had freaky experiences with them?? & do you think its safe to play it? thx tonsz' xOx

I have an ouiji bored myself. I tried contacting my dead uncle who had killed himself at a very young age. I wanted to ask him questions of how he grew up and why he had done it. I did it once when I was all alone, I got freaked out because when you ouiji you supposevly brings back spirit from the after world. The only problem with that is that the spirits can get stuch in the mortal world and can't return to their afterlife. If they get stuck they supposebly haunt the living, especially if it's a bad spirit. I wouldn't say its a good idea to do all the time and I wouldn't do it in a house because the spirits will stay there. I would do it in an open area where not much people go. I'm not really sure if it works, but there is a possibility if you do it correctly. I would say that some is in your minds. When I did my ouiji board i heard people whispering in my house and a little girl screaming for the strangest reason. I think there are spitits in my room for doing that, and only in my room nowhere else. I put my ouiji bored in my closet and whenever I see it my stomach turns and i get a cold sweat it freaks me out but i still ache to do it just because there are so many questions i want to know.

My parents split for awhile this year, the cause was alcoholism with my dad. coming home late every night you know the basics. my dad is one of my best friends so i have an idea of how you're feeling tell your mom that you'd really like to help your dad out and see him more. tell her you understand how she feels with the whole protection situation but just let her know how much you miss him. ask her to set up dates for you guys to see eachother.

I'm 15 and my sister is 14 and she cuts herself. I just found out like 45 mins ago bc she left me a comment on my xanga saying she has a career she was looking into but she didnt know how much it paid and she wouldnt tell me what it was so I figured that maybe she searched it up on the search bar. When I checked the search bar history I found a bunch of stuff about "I cut myself" and "I cut myself and a friend wants me to stop" and such. Then, since it's late at night and she usually is in the basement at night, I tried to sneak downstairs but she caught me.
Well she started casually talking to me and asking me why I was downstairs and I looked at her arms and saw they were bloody and I almost started crying but then I mentioned how I found the articles and started asking her about it and she just smiled goofily and I looked at her arms and saw all these scars I saw before but never thought of as cutting herself just from cats. And I said "why would you do something so stupid, whos your friend" and she said "dont tell anyone, it doesnt matter, you used to cut yourself" (which I briefly cut my wrists for 3 months last fall, it was a dumb mistake and I even told her that I only did it because I thought it would make my problems go away but it never helped) and she just tried to play it off as a huge joke, and said dont tell anyone, its not a big deal. But it was! These weren't little puny cuts they werent to big but not puny! She said she doesnt tell ppl about them (xcept that friend) but thats why she wears hoodies all yr.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! I want to tell my parents but I dont want her to get mad. I really want to tell my best friend but she's not online and I'm just confused. This is my baby sister and I dont want her hurting herself. I asked her why she was doing this to herself and she didnt have a clearcut response but argh.

Please help. I really need some guidance on this I'm very confused.

Your sister must have some reason for hurting herself and her body. She might just want to know how you felt for those months you did. I wouldn't tell your parents just yet, just try to talk to her give her the most support you could give a little sister. I know if my baby sister ever got herself I would stick by her 100% of the way until the problem stopped. Just give her as much love and support as you can.

I'd say if your really sure about this go ahead. I just don't want you rushing into things and then getting your heartbroken. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying your boyfriend doesn't love you. Just make sure he's right, I've seen girls get hurt before, and I wouldn't want you getting hurt. Make sure he is right and i KNOW your going to use protection of course. You should fill your parents in and tell them everything is fine. just do they don't freak.

PLEASE DON`T SKIP THIS! I REALLY NEED HELP!

Okay so there`s this boy, we`ll call him jeff. and i really like him. a lot. okay so i hang out with jeff a lot then one day i told him i like him and he blushed and changed the subject right away. so we were hanging out 2 days ago and he was being really sweet. not that he`s never sweet or anything but he was different. it was me, jeff, and our friend. but most of the time it was just me and jeff. he was being really nice. he insisted on buying me food. when it started pouring on us.. he took of his sweater and gave it to me. everytime i look at jeff i catch him looking at me and he blushes and then he smiles at me. what do you think? do you think he likes me or is he just being nice because he knows i like him? you don`t have to be positive but i just want a few opinions. I'd say someone's has the hots for you. Which is an totally awesomely thing. I would say talk to "Jeff" about this little situation going on. Tell him you've caught him glimpsing at you and don't forget to remind him it's not bad. You should also tell him more of how you feel and if he feels the same way. If he says something negative don't get your panties all twisted in a bunch just don't sweat. There's always other guys out there for you and he may need some time.

I'd say making out came naturaly for me. My first time making out with a guy was while playing spin the bottle and I heard I was really good from the two guys. I would just say don't sweat it because its just like a kiss with just more compassion.. oh ya and tongue.

I never really told my mom about my first kiss, and she is my best friend. If your mom and you are really close I'd say go for it. There's nobody better than a mom to tell your life too, because you know she's always going to love you.

That's good your in a relationship. If my boyfriend ever said to me that it seems I don't like him alot, I would tell him if I didn't like your alot I wouldn't be going out with. Don't do anything you don't want to do meaning sexual wise just so he'd like you more. And don't make him pressure you or anything. And it's always good to say I love you first, because you both will get the oppurtunity, I would say it's good to say if first sometimes, so he doesn't always feel like he has to say it first. And if you say it after him only because you're scared he's not going to say it back don't sweat because if he has said i love you to you be before he must really love you. And on AIM don't worry about it, it all comes from the heart.

Okay, so my best friend "Christina" and I both have pasts that deal with suicidal type things. She was in a mental hospital earlier in the year, and when she came out she promised to stop cutting or try to call me whenever she felt like that, and I promised the same to her. About a week ago, my grandmother died, and the other day I got a call from her, saying she was going back into the hospital. I asked her why she didn't tell me and she said she wanted to give me time to "mourn." I feel like she doesn't trust me as much as she says she does, and I don't know what to say to her, because I'm hurt that she wouldn't talk to me and I'm scared that she's gonna hurt herself too badly someday, and I don't know what to do to help her anymore. Any advice on what I should say when I talk to her next? (Sorry this is so long)

Just to start off I'm so sorry about your grandmother. But about your friend, I know how you feel. It's scary when someone your so close with has all these problems. My cousin has been in a mental hospital lately, he's totally different know from what he was last year. You need to tell your friend that she doesn't need to go back to the hospital so you can mourn. I think you would need your friend in a time like this. Tell her how you feel, and how you need her. She's your best friend right? So I think she would want to know how you feel. Tell her these are the times in your life that you guys need eachother the most through the rough times and the sads.
