i'm always getting teased by my guyfriends for being "flat". i'm not FLAT, really. i'm just...small. i'm 17 years old, 5'6" tall, weigh around 110-112 lbs, and i'm still a 34-36B. i want to know if there is anything i could do to make my boobs develope quicker; any foods, exercises, etc?

thanks. (link)
Unfortuantely, it is left up to Mother Nature (and estrogen) how big your breasts will be. Smaller framed women typically do not walk around with DD breasts unless they go under the knife which I do not recommend. There is nothing wrong with a 34B for your frame. There are things you can do to accentuate your breasts. Push up bras work great. If that doesn't give you what you want, they make water bras and then there are the gel inserts you put into your bra to gain a cup size. Do not waste your money on the pills saying they will give you 2 cup sizes. The only thing they give you is hundreds of dollars in loss and 2 cups of heartache.... TRUST ME.

I've always had very strange dreams, but lately it's getting to be too much. I have nightmares quite often and I wake up in the middle of the night feeling terrified. I'm a really happy person so I don't see why I'm having these nightmares. I do watch TV before I go to bed but I turn it off while I'm sleeping.

How can I not have nightmares?

Thanks! :) (link)
Anxiety and stress are the most common causes of nightmares. A major life event occurs before the nightmare in most cases.

Other causes are high fever, medications, illegal street drugs, withdrawal from drugs or alcohol, or sleeping disorders like sleep apnea & narcolepsy. The list goes goes on and on. For me drinking milk before bed will give me a nightmare.

You said you watched t.v. before bed. If you're watching the latest Friday the 13th movie, that's probably not the best choice of programming to avoid the negative dreams.

If stress is your problem, I suggest a nice relaxing bath/shower before bed, followed by something you enjoy. Maybe reading a book, or calling a friend. If you do watch t.v., make sure it isn't scary and turn it off before you fall asleep. Happy dreaming!

I'm 17, and when I was 16 I was sexually abused by an older man. He was about 20. It happened over 4 months ago, yet I can't seem to get over what he did to me. I'm not going to go into details of that night, but I still have nightmares about what he did, and I can't go near certain guys. I feel like all older guys are going to do what he did to me. How can I get over what he did to me? He made me do things that I was NOT READY to do! Please if anyone has any advice on how to get over what he did please tell me. (link)
The first thing you must relize it this: IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT. You may not have had the courage at the time to say no even though you were screaming on the inside. You are experiencing signs of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)

Symptoms include:
*Intrusive, upsetting memories of the event
*Flashbacks (acting or feeling like the event is happening again)
*Nightmares (either of the event or of other frightening things)
*Feelings of intense distress when reminded of the trauma
*Intense physical reactions to reminders of the event (e.g. pounding heart, rapid breathing, nausea, muscle tension, sweating)

I recommend you speak to a therapist, counselor, church offical, etc. I also recommend talking with your parents on pressing charges but only after you have given yourself some time to heal from this mentally and emotionally. He took something very prescious from you, and it is going to take a lot of time and healing for you to get it back.
