How can i relax? I've tried breathing exercises and stuff like that and writing down all the things that stress me out (which isn't much), but they don't really help. the only time i really feel relaxed is when im by myself at a park or someplace like on vacation =) but who doesn't?
I also can never 'be in the moment.' like.. I'm just not IN it. i don't really know how to explain it but once i heard soemone say they felt that way too and it was like "watching yourself in 3rd person." or whatever. I don't feel completely like that but sometimes it does.. & it feels like i just can't focus.
It's not terribly bad, but I was wondering what can I do to stop feeling that way? (link)

Try a walk! Just go around the block or the park or something and take in the scenery, get some fresh air. Leave your worries at home.
It's a great way to clear your head and get rid of anxiety.
And also, make sure your eating good. I don't know if this is the same thing, but I remember when I played tennis, and all I had was a bag of lays for lunch. A little after I started playing, as much as I tried, I couldn't focus at all. It got to the point where I wanted to cry and I had no idea why. So lookat your diet..maybe that could be the culprit.

I went and saw Transformers last night(parts of it were funny, but i didnt understand the rest lol. it was very confusing). When Sam and the girl(i forgot her name) were in his bedroom and the robots were in his backyard and his parents came in, what were those lines? Something about his mom asking him if he was masurbating. I thought that was like the funniest part of the whole movie lol (link)

The song is called "How Can I Tell You" Originally by Cat Stevens, but in the commercial it is sung by Cat Power. But it's not on any of her albums. =[

On the first day of school, they usually tell you what you need in each of your classes. just bring a pencil/pen and a notebook or paper so you can write everything down and go shopping that night.

Okay this is really embarassing....I went to the movies with my boyfriend last night and we decided to see Nacho Libre...well halfway through the movie I had drank a large soda and I really needed to go ut I didnt want to miss the movie. So then this really funny part happened and I laughed until I peed my pants...I was SO embarrassed and I couldnt get up because I was afraid he would notice to when we went to leave the movie I just rapped my jacket around my waist. On the car ride home he put his hand on my thigh and squeezed...I was so happy! I've never really be touched by a guy (I know I'm a weirdo) and I'm really excited and like a a crazzed fan touched by their hero I'm not sure if I want to wash the pants. I know its gross...but would it be too weird to not wash them and keep them for sentimental value? I wanted to ask my friends but I was WAY to embarrassed to ask people I know. ok well me and my "bf" want to go somewhere special and we dont want to go to the movies been there done that to many times! and not my house b.c heres the thing i want to tell him i love him for the first time!! and he has something to give me and things like that so not my house to many people, there is like 8 people there. not his house his mom is all over his kids when girls coome over, well thats what he said. so any ideas its tongiht or tomorrow but i need answers quick thanx!
