Just found out that my ex has hep b, what should I be looking for? Is it likely that I am going to show symptoms and know I have it if I do, or does it only show up on tests until it is too late? (link)
*this came from a sexuality ad u pamphlet but you should check out their site as well: www.sexualityandu.ca
in up to 50% of people there are no outward signs of infection. Up to 8 weeks after exposure to the virus, some people may experience flu-like symptoms including: tiredness, nausea and vomiting, decreased appetite, rash, joint pain and yellowing of the eyes and skin (rare cases). Individuals who are acutely infected with hep B should abstain from sexual activity until their partner has been screened and immunized if needed. You should really go to a doctor if you think you may have contracted it before its too late because there is no cure for hep b, but there is a vaccine to prevent the infection is available. Hoe this helped!

OHaithere!

I am a boy and I am 13 years old. I am doing grammar school too. In my class, there is this girl I really like, but I am having troubles getting to know her properly, because we almost never talk ;(.

She is quite popular, and the guys and girls that she is befriend with, I like them as people, but they are not my friends. I always TRY to talk to her, and man up, but when I see her, I melt. Literally.

Help? (link)
Just be your self! Go up to her and just talk about anything really! (homework, new music, friends etc.) Also being confident and sure of yourself helps too! If you're nervous and you make a mistake just laugh it off. Who knows? Maybe she'll laugh along with you. If you get to know her better being around her won't be hard. When you're talking to her, pretend she's your best friend or someone you're really comfortable around. Making good eye contact is also crucial!! I hope this helps as this advice was given to me by multiple people as I'm having the same problem! Good luck!
