Hey there. I just want to let you know that for someone who isn't an adult, the Atkins diet is actually very bad. Carbs are essential to a 14 year old girl, really, don't go on that diet. You'll find yourself out of breath at everything, and will probably faint even though you feel full from eating things with no carbs. I don't recommend taking that diet for adults either. Carbs are (in my opinion) the healthiest calories, and you should eat them in equal proportions of proteins, or even more carbs.

We are moving and I will have to leave my golf coach that I have had for 3 years now. I miss him already because today I had my last lesson with him. I love him so much(I dont have a crush on him or anything that would be creepy cause he is like 30 or somthing) I will die without having my lessons with him. I DONT WANT TO LEAVE!!!! How do I deal with this? I have moved around many (around 8) times in my life and have never really been emotional about the move. This time I'm dying inside. I love golf and the only way I could of gotten to the point I am in the game is with my coach. He is one of my best friends. I can't live withought my best friend/coach. How will I deal with this? I just wish he could adopt me or somthing. please help! I would problay rather live on the course and have my coach than live in a nice house with my family. I can't stop crying and I can't show anyone that I am crying(my family isnt very tight and if I show any sign of weakness I will be punneshed). I can't talk to anyone about it. I JUST WANT MY COACH BACK!!!! Please help me!!! (link)

I'm sorry. This happens a lot. The only way to deal with it is to deal with it. I know people always say stuff like, you can always find someone else like that, but every person is unique and everyone knows that. I moved from my friends too, and it's really, really, difficult, and there's nothing you can do about it because your parents will probably move no matter what you say. But, even though i remember thinking i would never recover when i moved, i did recover. It took about a week, but i'm fine now, and i think you will be later too. That's all i can really say.

Ok, people think this is in your DNA but there has never been any laboratory tests to prove it. Here's how i can explain it
1) put your toungue up to the roof of your mouth and leave it there barely touching
2) blow air through
3) this is the hard part to explain. the reason it isn't already rolling is because your holding the tip of your tongue to tight. Theres a muscle at the very top of your tongue that people who can't roll tongues hold tight without noticing. Let that muscle go while your holding air, and your tongue will flap against the roof of your mouth. Not your whole tongue, just the tip muscle. Very hard to feel if you've never done it before, and you can learn it easily when your a kid learning a new language, and most young kids learn it by doing it for fun playing around. But, english doesn't use that sound, so some people just don't learn how. It's hard, and takes about an hour to find and control that muscle.
