I have dark brown, shoulder length hair.
I would like to bleach a bit of it at the front, like the first few strands. Mostly tocreate a more dramatic effect.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a quick and cheap way to bleach my hair without totally destroying it.
Any help is appriciated.

Get a highlighting/frosting kit with the cap. Pull through the hair you want. Frost away.
Get a decent brand-name, which will usually include a solid after-color conditioner. Its great for taking the hair back to where it needs to be.

my school blocks facebook on the school computers, and we can't use laptops.

The previous advice was accurate. Though, fair warning, attempting to get around a setup like that will likely garner the attention of any decent IT Department. If your school uses unique usernames to get on the network, they will track you down if they're good at what they do.
Just proceed with caution.

I recently got a new computer and on my old one I had GIMP or something.
I was wondering if someone knew the exact website I can go to to download it.
It was so I could change eye colors and ect.
It was GIMP environmental or something.

Adding to the previous poster, that is the correct site. While the download is small, you will have to download the GTK+ runtime environment to make GIMP work.
By the way, good choice in software. As far as open source image manipulation, GIMP is awesome.

my computer has about 4000 viruses on it including Spyware and Malware. Please tell me any FREE antivirus software that i can download to SAVE my computer. Its has ALL my informations of it and i cant let it crash:(

I work in the IT Department at my school. We reccomend Avast! anti-virus for virus purposes because of its constant and automatic updates, boot-scan ability, and easy user-interface.
For spyware/adware/malware removal we reccomend either Ad-Aware (by Lavasoft) or Microsoft Defender. The latter is the preferred choice, though it requires authentication of Windows and not everyone has a legit copy.

I really want to get a small heart tattooed on the middle of my wrist. (Random -- but there's a story with it and such.) The thing is, I know tattoos are already painful to begin with (I've never gotten one before though), and there's that really pokey bone right where I want the tattoo to go. So basically it will hurt like hell. Has anyone else gotten a tattoo on their wrist like that before and how bad does it hurt?? Thanks! (link)

I'd be far more concerned with your ability to present yourself in a professional setting in the future. I myself have a tattoo on my arm that is about 8 inches tall and 4 inches across, but its nicely above the t-shirt line. The next 4 I have planned are all out of sight while fully clothed, a route you might consider taking.

i have to write an essay on romeo and juliet and the essay is about how the characters change the way they think. like when juliet says she doesnt want to marry paris but then she sees romeo and changes her mind. same with romeo when he says he loves rosaline but then the next day or so he loves juliet. what im wondering is what could be a good title for the essay? i cant think of one so if you help out you will get a 5 (link)

Hey all
I have a problem with my car recently. I have trouble starting my car the past few days, but my alternator was just changed 2 years ago. My battery is less than 4 years old, and my dashboard warning light is not on. Today after work, suddenly the Engine RPM went extremely low and the engine sounded like it was struggling to keep going. It was the first time this kinda of situation happened before.
Anyone can help here?

Various fuses
Fuel Filter
Fuel Pump
Spark Plugs
Plug Wires
Idle Air Control sensor
You need 4 things to make an engine work; Fuel, Air, Spark, Compression
That list will check your fuel, air, and spark. Consider taking it to any random car parts place (I'm a fan of Advance Auto) and asking for thm to use a code reader on your car (pending OBDII technology in the car). After that, take it to a mechanic for compression testing.

ok, for language arts, i have to right a persuasive essay. My topic is america acting as the worlds police, why we shouldnt do this. I basically know what im going to write about, but i need a it of help. One thing ill be writing about are wars that it was unnessescary(sp?) for the U.S. to get involved in. Does anyone know what wars the U.S. was involved in that really didnt need to be involved in? like the original conflict didnt involve the U.S and we didnt get attacked or anything. Well my best friend and I went on a week long vacation together and I think were really annoyed with each other. I found out everything HAS to be her way; nothing can ever be her fault; and she thinks everyones in love with her.
Now I can't stand talking to her cause I realize all these little things about her that drive me insane. However, I feel so empty with out her! What do I do? (link)

You have 2 basic choices:
1 - Figuratively speaking, move away from this friend.
2 - Attempt to reconcile your issues with this friend.
I think the real issue is your inability to make a decision given that either course of action is will cut off the possibility of the other. Its the terrible nature of free will, but its what makes you human. Just pick one and roll with it.

please i need your help...
i saved my essay that is due tomorrow on my computer (10 pages). my mom shut the computer off and i went to turn it on to print it out and add things to it. i find mout that it is not on my computer i tried to go to search my mom and my sister also tried to find it somehow but nothing. then my mom was like you did'nt save it so i tried to save another paper and shut my compter off ad BAM! it was gone. so i have no way of getting it back. my cousin said that like you have to do some thing to the computer please i will rate ANY answers..

If the emotions are present a simple interaction that went sour wouldn't change that. Use words to pacify this situation and then turn your aim back towards whatever goal you had with this individual.

Talk to pops and let him know the score. Understand that you might still get a "no" response and it may not be for a reason you deem acceptable or even a justification that makes sense.
In the event of a negative response, accept this decision because anything you do to alter it will most likely lead to worse consequences in the end.
