Please don't tell me just be who I am, but I want to be more of a really, really outgoing, hilarious, carefree girlish tomboy. Like someone who is always there to help. And is always motivated to do things. Any advice? (link)

Be outgoing, hilarious and help people. If you do that long enough you will become that person.


I've recently started on the Microgyon 30 Birth Control pill (the reason for this is my irregular periods, 35-38 cycle and contraception) My doctor advised me to take the pill on the first day of my period so I did, however on the 4th day of taking it, I stopped bleeding and I had unprotected sex with my partner. It's now been a week since intercourse and I'm having brown spotting that has lasted a couple of days with quite weird cramping that I would describe as pulling/stretching far below my stomach. I was more than sure I would of been protected as my doctor did say you are instantly protected if you start it on the first day of your period. What are the odds of me being pregnant? I also checked my cervix which is low and soft! Has anyone ever experienced this situation I'm in? Can anyone help? (link)
You are definitely pregnant. But to make even more sure, you should try this new invention called a pregnancy test. You can find it at your local drug store!


I need to lose weight as I am overweight, I am 200 pounds. The main problem is I cannot exercise. If I go on a treadmill or other gym equipment I get bored after five minutes and get off. What are some other tips to maybe lose weight (link)
There are two ways to lose weight.

1) eat less
2) burn more calories

If you do both, you'll lose weight faster.

If you want to burn calories, you should not be on a treadmill. You need to lift weights. Lifting weights burns WAY more calories than walking or running.

You should also stop eating crap and drinking soda. Plus, don't eat after 8pm.


I'm a newly natural, and I want to achieve the wash n go style but I've seen many YouTube videos that say to use so many different products. I'm leaning towards a SheaMoisture product, but I'm not sure which product is best for wash n go's. Can you tell me what SheaMoisture product you reccomend or should I try something different like ecostyler gel (because I've seen those a lot too). (link)
The best thing I've found is to pee in a cup and then use it to as a conditioner in my hair. It's very natural and does a great job. Don't believe me? Try it and you'll see.
