Hello! I kinda have the same problem and I'm 13 aswell my boobs are a 32 B and their a bit saggy. But I don't worry too much because your still young and have lots of time to develop and your also still developing in other parts of your body. No you can not go to a plastic surgeon because you are too young and it may affect development if you have a surgery that young. The youngest you can get plastic surgery is at the very least 16 or 18.

My dog wont stop biting me, in the neck area. This occurs usually when I am sleeping or going to sleep. I mean it must be my dog? Hi I had the same thing happen to me but mine went away in about 2 days. I would recommend if your stomach cramps start to get worse them try some Advil or Tylenol or some period cramp pills. Also talk to your mom about it or go to your doctor if it starts to get worse
